S5 E17 - Big Mac in Drag

So how did you enjoy Big Mac's female transformation?

 

I found it to be so funny and smile educing!

I never thought I'd smile, it just sort of happened when I watched Big Mac doing his thing.

I loved Big Mac's female performance/ transformation whatever you wan't to call it. I would rate it a 9 out of 10. Some people didn't like this part of the episode seeing as Big Mac isn't shown as the most masculine stallion in the whole poniverse, but I look at it like he was trying the hardest he could to please his little sister.

It was hilarious, but I still prefer Princess Big Mac

 

ps. he's a much better singer in his normal voice XD

As a "performance," he fooled no one (except that one guy, but that was meant to be a joke). I gave him a 1 on that scale.

However, as an amazing big brother who tries his best despite what he's feeling, I give him a 10! I wish I had a brother like him!

it was super funny, but I don't think it was supposed to be the best crossdressing in the world as nopony was fooled.
(except for that old stallion). 

Big Mac did a surprisingly good female voice, I still can't get over all the talking! 
so I'm giving it a six.

I think its a good message we don't have to fit the roles others think we belong in.    Also yah Mac in a drag was funny and they kept the in humor in a good pace!  Also it shows more depth to Mac which is nice to see Hasbro expand a bit on some of the more side line cannons.

This also raises another question, are ponies in drag accepted in pony community? Like would they accept them as them wanting to be females? It's not like Big Mac was called out as soon as he was spotted, he was given a place and everything. They must have been fooled by Big Macs guise. Only when all his pieces of female clothing were removed from his body was he called out for being a stallion.

I wasn't really taking it as "pony in drag" like I did when I first saw a pic of him. I see it this way, Ponies know Big Mac does not do something "just because." This community KNOWS the Apple family. They probably knew Applejack had something to attend to (with the way news travels in small town IRL, this is very believable) and thus everyone knew Apple Bloom did not have anyone to compete with as a "sister".....I am sure ponies would have said no if Big Mac stayed "normal" from the beginning (because that would obviously put him and AB at an advantage), but seeing how far Big Mac went to be a good big brother, on top of the clothes that gave him an obvious DISadvantage, I am sure the town folk let it slide. On top of that, it would have been something to gossip about afterwards anyways. I cannot see Big Mac's reputation being tarnished, nor do I see him doing anything "empowering" in the context of IRL societal aspects of our world. The pony world is different, the society is different, and thus why compare?

Apparently nobody is questioning why Big Mac is so good with the make up and choice of clothes...

 

Kind of weird that he puts on more fancy eyelashes than Rarity does...
