Most TV shows like this are produced months prior to airing, or some like South Park and other digitally based shows are produced within a matter or mere days. given the animation, as an animator myself and soemone who has met and spoken with people who do it for hobby, and with some insight into how it works in "the industry" if they are saying S3 is currently in production, the first episode at the LATEST will be late fall this year unless they want to finish all of the episodes firts, which sound inefficient. They have at least two studios working on several episodes at once and so...... TL;DR: Late fall or winter.
