Steelhooves and Applejack! . . . . Wait does that count? (Dammit I didn't see the "no OC" rule sorry!)

 

I think that Big Macintosh and Fluttershy is pretty convincing when it comes to chemistry. Fluttershy is quiet and peaceful. Big Macintosh is strong but calm. Both have been described as "shy." I believe Fluttershy would be very receptive of Big Mac's quiet compassion.
