Many proponents argue that game cartridges are faster than discs and harder to pirate it. It just seems like some nostalgia gimmick to make a whole console based on a medium that we have long abandoned for a reason. I will stick with my modern consoles, if I want to play retro games, I will play on the original consoles. 3 Redeem me into childhood. Show me myself without a shell. XD I'm one of the very few who still has a Jaguar and loves it dearly. Honestly, I think the Jaguar was one of the better looking systems from the 90s. If it's going to be its own independent console, who is going to develop and publish games for it other than Coleco? The big developers like EA, Activision, Ubisoft, Capcom, etc. aren't even going to bother making games for it and it's going to be too expensive for indie devs to make cartridges for it.
