technology Need Help Transferring Steam Save File

So I got a new laptop for Christmas, and I needed to transfer my save file on Undertale. I tried backing up the file on the old computer to an external hard drive but it said it could not create a directory. Any other way to?

Have you tried uploading them to an online storage like google drive? It's what I did when I had to swap computer, and it worked fine.

Didn't work. When I restore the game it says it validates the files but the save file is not there.
