So here's a question... if MLP was a more traditional magical girl show/RPG

So, I was kind of thinking today as I was shopping in toys R us and noticed all the bright pink swords and other weapons on the shelves for little girls, and thought about how they're doing the guardians of harmony series.

If the show did a more traditional magical girl thing (even for an episode or just the comics) and each of them had a specialized/unique weapon or power, what weapon or power would you see assigning to each of them?

If you want, you could even state a weapon or power that you think would work for their equestria girls selves but not necessarily their pony selves.

Twilight would be a Mage obviously

Fluttershy would obviously be a healer or beast master

 

The other 4 are more fun to think about imo.

 

AJ would probably work as a Paladin, brute(or whatever you call heavy classes) or even a brawler/monk

Rainbow could also work as a brawler, or she could work as a Dragoon, or a quick class like a ninja or thief

Rarity could work as a spellcaster, personally I like her as a Red Mage, but fencers and archers also works

Pinkie Pie seems to be really popular with music based classes, so a Bard or Dancer could work. I also like the idea of her being a joker

If it were a Magical Girl series, it'd probably be similar to my old (and horribly outdated) Super Stars Fanfic, where there would be human girls that transform into superheroes, and the ponies themselves would be the cute animal characters that always show up in those shows.

 

If it were an RPG, I could see Nippon Ichi taking the reins on it, since they made the only musical RPG to ever exist (no, I don't count Lunar because that's just Luna singing a song; Rhapsody was more like an actual musical).  As for battle mechanics, I could see some kind of RPS system being used, where Unicorns, Earth Ponies and Pegasi have relations to one another (one is strong against another, while weak against the other).
