How to import vectors?

Just Google up some tutorials for what you're looking to learn. It's fairly popular so you shouldn't have any problems looking for them

OK thanks, Iwas looking yesterday for tutorials on paint.net, but I know that isn't a vectoring program. Thanks for your help.
