Twilight, being the bookworm, would totally dig it and start her own fan club if one didn't exist yet.

 

Fluttershy would put it down the moment it mentioned skeletons.

 

Rainbow Dash wouldn't join Twi's book club, but she wouldn't be averse to nerding out over it in private.

 

Rarity, Pinkie, and possibly Applejack would have nothing to do with it, as it isn't their cup of tea.
