Thrillseeker is a fast flyer. He has to be for a pegasus. Refund Check can't run because of a gimpy leg. Ruby Shears has average speed for a mare her age. Fudge Cookie can run pretty good depending on the motivation but he tires easily. Sundae Shake can't run if her life depends on it.

While in control, max speed is faster than speed of sound, while not in control, he has not reached his limit yet, but its goten very close to the speed of light. (He is powered by lightning, its not OP, hes just a living lightning rod.

Red Sage isn't the fastest pony but he for sure isn't slow. Storm Line however is an excellent flyer and is very energetic and has a lot of stamina meaning he's fast on both land and in air.

When running normally, about as fast as the average Earth Pony athlete. When sprinting, faster. And when thrown by his Stand, as fast as he wants, and as fast as the landing/braking/turning will allow.

Takes a long time to warm up/adapt but then can do pretty good late game. Applies to anything really. Speed-wise though is a bit slower to warm up, but can get OP in time. Prefers lazy yet creative victories though over racing ones. And would rather race in a fast vehicle than tire themselves out physically.
