Has your pet ever...

Here's how it works. I post some silly thing my pet has done. The next person posts if their pet has done that to them, along with something else their pet has done. Get it? Okay. Today, my cat made me think she was outside, where she isn't supposed to be. I looked around, but I couldn't find her. I started to freak out, and then I looked up. My cat wasn't outside, but sitting in the windowsill and meowing at me, as if she was hungry. I couldn't belive I had freaked out over nothing. So, has your pet ever made you think they were somewhere they wern't sopposed to be but weren't even there in the first place?

Yes. Kinda. When I still had my cat, she managed to lock me out of the apartment. Had to call my mum. Gotta hand it to her, she's one smart kitty.

My dog, who's about the size of a cat, once rounded up a group of cows. By himself. The cows were scared witless.

It was hilarious.

Yes! But to a housesitter, not to me. I have a glass sanctuary (big box) for my pet snake but sometimes I let it roam free to stretch around the house. I was away for a while so I got a friend to mind the house for me. When I left, I saw it climbing up one of the tree branches towards the top but it didn't look like it could get over.

I got a phone call from the housesitter five days after I left telling me the snake wasn't eating its food. I told him how to move the things inside about without really delving in so he did that and he found the snake wasn't there! Even though he said he wasn't afraid of snakes, I think he only meant that when they were contained because I could hear his voice quiver asking where it could be hiding.

It could be anywhere I told him! It's not like it could strangle anyone easily. I said have a good night and turned the phone off to save battery.

The snake eventually found him and he cordoned off a corner of his bedroom with boxes. My pet got past that of course but he didn't know until he showed me when I got back.

Has your pet bitten a friend and they didn't know until later?

Naw, it's a fish. :P You know what... he kinda actually has. :P

Anypony else here got a fish that acts like a dog? :P I wiggles back and forth up against the glass any time he sees someone, and he doesn't stop wiggling until you feed him. :P If you hold your hand over the top of the tank, then he goes to the surface and sits there opening and closing his mouth, which is partly out of the water. :P If you stick your finger in the water, he thinks it's food at first and tries to eat it. :P

I have guppies and they do the same thing. The follow my finger when I move it in front of the glass and come to the surface when I feed them :)

I have four rats and they are soo cute. They all try to sleep together in their hammock which is way to small to fit all of them but they still manage to squeeze in

My mom doesn't want to get another cat, but when we move, she might get one as she said.

I just saw a cat, a stray cat. I'm on my patio, which my dad made go, so I can clearly see the strays in the neighborhood. That was totally unrelated...

Uh, I think the intent made in the original post may have gotten lost along the way. Anyway, things my pets have done... I think every one of my dogs has run into the door, before. And it's the same door. We'd be playing with a toy, and I'd throw it for them, into our kitchen, which has linoleum flooring. And then they loose traction, slide, and crash into the door. And I know it's kinda mean, but I can't help but laugh when that happens XD

No... he's a turtle. XD Anyway, has your pet ever tried to make love with something that's not his own species.

It happens with him everytime you put your finger in front of him.

^My dog always crashes into doors.

My dog put it's neck/chin on the ground, layed it's front legs at it's sides, and started pushing itself by it's hind legs while saying "I love you!" with her doggy noises. Someone top that!

nope, but i wanna post anyways. :P

My cat has a girlfriend (she's a stray) and i call her scruffy. so last night i go to give my cat his wet food. This is his favorite food. so scruffy walks up to him and starts eating his food. My cat just stands there next to her like nothing is wrong. Of course i felt guilty that he didn't get his wet food, so i gave him his own bowl of it, (but on purpose didnt wait and see who ate it) and walked away, but i was surprised because he has proven in the past he's not very welcoming to other cats. wow... he really loves scruffy...

Has your pet ever shared something they love when you least expected it?

OR

does your pet seem to have a boyfriend/girlfriend?

I have a new cat shes about 2 years old~

I stopped her going up this unstable pile of stuff (its like drawing equipment and box) and there kind of all in the pile if one thing moves it will fall down. I woke up to she her on it ;_; and told he off. She jumped down and started playing with my spiderplant.

  • 1 year later...

Hm, well technically all we have is my stepdads dog anymore, my old dog was cool, but we had to give him away when we moved :/.

Anyways, my stepdads dog is a minature toy poodle(Very small) and everytime we get ready to throw her toy she spins around in circles randomly ;p.

She also has this weird limp on her leg, nothings wrong with it, she just limps on it randomly. Dunno why.

Not sure how funny that is, but yeah.
