How is Disney World handling this? 

I'm picturing that Disneyland will probably be on a reservation system like the early days of Galaxies Edge.

The only thing I remember about the 101 Dalmatians series is there was a dog named "Cadpig". 

As far as i remember Cadpig was my favorite character in the show, although sadly i dont remember much, except for Cruellas quote " Memo to myself-" which appeared countless times in the show. 

Apparently the Show is available on the UK and American Versions of Disney Plus ( at least that is what Wikipedia told me ), but not the german one, oh well. I also havent seen Jungle Cubs yet, which is also a show i loved as a kid. However i am positively surprised that they have the Timon and Pumbaa show on Disney Plus, i thought that one would also have been to obscure.
