I wouldn't report her. I'd tell her she's on a slippery slope that can't end well, and that she should return the bits and artifacts. I wouldn't trust anyone to administer balanced judgement or punishment so I wouldn't open a door to the even greater crime of injustice. I'd try to help her reform, privately and without outside interference. And for all my efforts I would accept a small fee...those bits and artifacts oughta cover it.

Yep, as I've even said to my friends in person if they commit a crime I wouldn't hesitate to turn them in. I especially hate thieves and would probably be offended if they tried to bribe me with stolen goods. Though depending on how they act I would be willing to reason with them. Hand me everything so I could return them, and stay away from thieving, or be turned in by my hands. Though if I catch them stealing again, I would personally drag their ass to jail myself.

I would take them down(non lethally) I rarely make exceptions a crime is a crime.
