What do you use when you eat breakfast sausage?

If you mean some sort of sauce I don't really use any for breakfast sausage because I usually stack it with eggs and that's sufficient.  But if I wanted to add something to the mix I guess I'd go with some kind of salsa probably.

Life goals. In  relevance to sauces however, I use syrup.

I use a fork to put it on a biscuit, pour syrup on top, and then eat it. Yum!

I use my fingers. It's easier that way, just kinda seems silly to me to eat sausage links/patties with a fork.  As for what I like to eat WITH sausage...I really love maple syrup on top of them....I guess that's when a fork comes in handy.

Huh? Where are you from that American breakfast staples are so frightening? Some may have seen my stance on meat on pizza, but put a sausage patty on a nice hot biscuit, and it's really good! Sausage links go great with pancakes and or eggs. If the maple syrup gets on them...WONDERFUL!

I generally prefer breakfast sausage on toasted bread with cheese (it's really good that way).
