I have had several complaints about you techno, where in the RP you have in a way cheated the character minimum by quoting someone else and also ignoring everything that's happening in the room. Now I do plan to be this strict with ANYONE in this RP, so unless you can justify this then I'm gong to have to ask you to leave.

Yeah once again not quoting other people's posts is something that you actually never mentioned before this so I really had no reason why not to do it before this. Really you could of just mentioned it somewhere earlier and I would of followed the regulation! Anyways I actually only have a rough idea of what's going on as I don't get much time in real life to read through the RP posts so I just have to read them quite quickly without being able to capture every minor detail.

I see the point with quoting, though I personally felt it would be obvious, but more than half you post consisted of basically saying you have armour now. Secondly you should be putting time into reading every post entirely because it's all important, the only difference it would make, would be that you post later.

Yeah like I try to read through every post but I often have to read through posts quickly because of stuff in real life. Anyways I was basically just trying to have more text in a post by detailing the message more but when it comes to having several messages in a post it basically gets to a point where it's almost impossible for my mental system to come up with that many ideas in that small timeframe.

Techno while I kind of see your points it is also the other people who take part in this who need to have a say in this. As such i'm proposing a vote to decide whether techno stays or leaves. Vote ends when we have majority either way.

Yeah just remember that I'm really nothing more than an advanced logic machine so currently I'm just running by mostly default RPing settings but you guys can very easily set the settings to make me perfect in this RP! Like I guess I'll just work on my posts more over a longer period but then I'll come across the issue of constantly coming up with new ideas and I'll keep on rewriting the post and it would never be completed. Really I'm just one of those people that you just need to give another chance to and tell them exactly what they are doing wrong. Though there is of course a limit to how detailed I can possibly make my posts based on my actual brain processing power in real life!

Well really it's just a case of my mental system having to adapt to the environment in the RP and really you guys telling me about what I'm doing wrong really dose help with that!

Unfortunately I have told you what you are doing wrong before. Quite extensively in fact. Just like with last time your posts are ignoring what is going on and are derailing the rp. There is only so much explaining one person can do. People have put hours of time and effort into making their posts for this rp, and your response is to ignore them and talk about what clothes you are wearing while not even hitting the character limit. If you do not understand how that can frustrate and upset your fellow rpers, then that just further emphasises that this isn't the rp for you. Please stop making things difficult and refrain from posting in advanced rps anymore. There are plenty, PLENTY of freeform and lax rps on this site for you to play in, this is not one of them.

I am going to vote no.

It's nothing personal at all, but even I tend to have a lot of difficulties describing everything and everyone around my character so that no one would feel left out, and seeing his few liners just break my heart. If he put some more time and effort into his posts I would be very happy to have him with us, but not at this rate.

Well really I could just ad least try to fix my posting standards up for this RP! Though I am a little bit of a slow typer and I'm in several other RPs so yeah naturally I would want to quickly work on a post here so I can reply to the other RPs I'm in. Really ill just fix that by lowering down the priority of this RP in my mental system so I always post to the other RPs first and this one comes last as it takes the longest time to write posts for. Though I am in a couple of 1X1 RPs that are in the advanced section and those RPs are actually running really well!

Yeah really I've always been very well self disciplined so that's something that would really help with pushing me to put more effort into the posts! It was just one of those things that you would have to tell me to do before I would actually do it as it's not in my default settings but I'll put it into the default settings for advanced RPs like this though 1X1 RPs in the advanced section would be an acceptation to the new and strict posting regulations in my system.

Firstly I would like to say that techno is officially out of the RP which I have privately discussed with him. Secondly I believe I owe you all an apology for dragging you all into this entire situation which should have been handled in private, this was all unprofessional of he and I will endeavour to handle this kind of situation better in the future. If there is anything else on this subject any of you would like to discuss I would appreciate it if you could PM me about it.

On the Topic of Ether. 

Ether is like if Metal Gear solid had a one night stand with Final fantasy and didn't use protection, then nine months later FF takes MG onto Jerry Springer where he finds out that he's the daddy. Now Metal gear gets weekends with his kid and pays buko bucks in child support while feeding his conspiracy theories and politics into his kids brain. The result being that their love childs cutscenes are longer than both of their series put together and are laden with government protocol. 

Basically Ether is JRPG magic but with Nanomachines....son. 

For the purposes of this RP, I would focus on the support side of Ether magic. The buffing spells, the debuffing spells, the healing spells, ect. You could use the elemental stuff and the like if you want, but I don't imagine it would compete with the characters more focused on that kind of thing. 

Ether is finite, but it recovers on its own after awhile. If its being mainly used for support and buffing, I don't think it'd be too much of an issue. 

 

As for how the buffs work, lets say it would help someone like Sabir stay competitive by enhancing his defensive and offensive abilities, but someone who is already pretty powerful like Starfire may not notice the effects QUiTE as much. Perhaps if you put enough Ether into it (that it would require a cool down recovery period) you could really enhance one of our heavier hitters, but this should definitely aimed at our weaker cast members first. 

 

That's my takeaway from it anyway. Thoughts?
