Sunlight smiled as Gentle spoke, though she didn't necessarily agree on how she had handled the proposal part as she believed it should be fully out of the pony's own decision to propose, especially nowadays when it wasn't no longer only the stallion's duty to propose as it was socially acceptable for the mare to do it too. "I am glad you feel so, and I'm happy to be part of the family."

Jade:
Jade nodded when Dew asked if he meant Lunar, and smiled at Dew as response to the rest, there wasn't really anything to respond and he felt that it wouldn't be a bad thing to have a moment of comfortable silence.

Gentle would smile as she heard Sunlight’s response. “Given by what you said before, I shouldn’t be surprised if I hear you calling me mom soon...” She jokingly replied with a chuckle. “...I’m just kidding, but you can never be too sure to be prepared of that possibility. So, I remember that you said you were both planning to visit. Is there any plans for the two of you, while you are on your vacation...?” She asks, Dynamo nodding as he decided to speak up. “...We were planning for Sunlight to meet you, of course. I was thinking that maybe I could show her around town and maybe meet Mr. Pinball...” Gentle gasped softly with a smile. “That sounds perfect. Pinball has been asking about you, while wondering how you’ve been doing. I think visiting him sounds like a great idea...” She suddenly grew quiet as an idea began to form in her mind.

“...Since you two will be staying for a little while. I was wondering about something. I’ve been teaching dance classes and the class are starting to dance with dancing partners. I don’t really have any dancing partners to help instruct the class. Would you two perhaps like to join in one of the lessons as examples on how to dance...?” She would ask, Dynamo pondering on the idea. “...The idea is very tempting. I remember you taught me how to dance a long time ago, mom. I’d be okay with it. What do you think, Sunny?” He asks, turning his attention to Sunlight to see why she thought.

Dew Drop: 

Everything has grown quiet during the flight. Not that Dew was complaining as the comfortable silence was actually pretty peaceful. The city behind them looked like a dot as they flew farther and farther away. She would have asked how much further they had to fly, but she decided not to. Seeing how she wanted to enjoy flying next to her coltfriend a little while longer

Sunlight chuckled at Gentle's joke even though it could have been more accurate than Gentle knew, she then just  smiled during Dynamo's and Gentle's conversation, waiting for a chance to speak without interrupting either of them "It sounds like it could be fun, so sure, but i'd like to know when this class is in advance because along what Dynamo told about our plans, I also have a bit work to do here, so I need to do a bit of schedule planning."

Jade:
Jade stayed quiet for few moments longer before suddenly saying "Ah, there it is..." and proceeding to head towards the ground, though for Dew this may have been bit confusing as there wasn't any buildings or anything similar around, just uninhabited nature, and the point they seemed to be going towards was just an empty field. When they landed, Jade walked few steps seemingly to a certain point and turned towards Dew "...Welcome to where it all started, the place where I along my sister first woke up 15 years ago with memories we never experienced....a random field in middle of nowhere"

"Excellent...!" Gentle smiled as she clapped her front hooves together. "...It'll most likely be tomorrow at about ten in the morning. I usually teach classes around nine, but it's the weekend. So, class time schedules change throughout the week..." She says as Dynamo nods. "My mom loves to dance, while also being fluent in many different dance styles. I think I mentioned it when we went dancing, but I know my mom would probably go into more detail on that subject..." Dynamo replied, Gentle raising her eyebrows with a grin. "...You both went dancing? Since when? I guess it's a good thing I taught you to dance. Otherwise, I'd be worried if you had two left hooves..." She giggled, before nodding. "...It's true, though. I teach just about every style of dancing there is. I've seen movies such as Step up to the Cutting Edge. Even sports such as figure skating to even sports in the Olympics have dancing incorporated into them. It's why I love to teach others the power of dancing, while also showing them that dancing can be an extension of yourself. You also said that you have some work to do here. Would you mind sharing what that is? I'm just confused as you said recently that you weren't here on business with the Princess."

Dew Drop:
After a few more moments of flying, Dew had begun to descend along with Jade towards the ground. Upon taking a look upon the area, she had noticed that they weren't near any sort of buildings. What she saw was just plain nature. Almost as if the land had been uninhabited for a very long time. After landing, the ebony pegasus looked around, while taking in the sights around her. While she enjoyed the scenery, she was still confused as to why they were here. She knew that Jade had mentioned that this was important, but she felt somewhat lost. She turned back to Jade to voice her thoughts, but stopped as she saw the green pegasus taking a few steps forward. "T-This is the same s-spot that you w-woke up at...?" She gasped, feeling surprised as it was starting to make a lot of sense. "W-Wow. I honestly d-didn't think the location would b-be in Manehattan of all places. D-Did Sunlight know, or was it all just b-brought up from your memories? A-Also, w-what was it like j-just waking up in that state? How you had m-memories that you never experienced."

Sunlight just listened quietly as the two spoke, but when Gentle addressed her she looked a bit confused "I don't remember saying that, are you talking about when I said this isn't interfering with anything?..." she asked "...though technically what you said is partly true because I'm not here because of work, I just have work on the side because I would feel bad for having too vacations back to back right away. But for what it is, I just need to meet somepony and check out few books they've found behind a wall" 

Jade:
"Well, technically speaking this is not Manehattan since we are quite far from the city itself..." Jade pointed out "...and we knew exactly the same things with Sunlight, neither knew more or less....and it's hard to explain how it was like, I guess the best way to put it is, think about any time when you have met a pony who you know you recognize but just  can't remember where or when you have met them, it's that, just with everything you know. For example we knew the history of Equestria, but neither of us remembered learning it"

As she listened to Sunlight, Gentle tilted her head slightly, before nodding. "Yes. I was going more along the lines of when you said this vacation wasn't interfering with anything..." She simply replied, before understanding the meaning behind her words. "...Oh, so that's what you meant. My apologies as a back to back vacation would seem like a bad idea. Books behind a wall, huh? That sounds rather interesting. Perhaps it's ancient book that's haven't been seen in quite a while..." She says, Dynamo shrugging his shoulders slightly. "...I'm not too sure, but it's still good looking into. We did see some ancient books once and it was pretty neat. I know I might try to work a bit with Mr. Pinball, while we are staying here. I'm following Sunlight's example and it would be good to see my old teacher..." Gentle smiled at her son, before frowning slightly. "...I think that's a good idea, but I just wanted to let you know. Pinball will be moving soon. He still wanted to move to Las Pegasus and make a living there. Considering it's all about games and casino's." Dynamo could only sigh and shake his head, before chuckling. "It seems like he's still going with that dream of his, but I don't blame him. I think it's nice that he's still planning to move there after all of this time. Thanks for letting me know about that mom."

Dew Drop:
At the mention of not being anywhere near Manehattan, Dew blinked as she looked around at her surroundings. "Huh. I-I didn't think we had flow s-so far away. You weren't k-kidding when you said w-we would have had to l-leave so early..." She giggled slightly, before listening closely to Jade's explanation. "T-That does sound difficult to explain. E-Especially with how you just woke up with m-memories you didn't know you had. Being able to r-recognize somepony, b-but not remembering where or when you met them m-must be really a-awkward. Whoever created you m-must have given you and S-Sunlight every and all information of E-Equestria. Is this the first t-time that you've been here in a-a long time?"

Sunlight just shrugged to Gentle's book comment, since she didn't know the answer yet, as all she knew was that they 'looked old and important' the pony who had found them hadn't dared to look more into them in fear of damaging them. Other than that she just listened the conversation as there wasn't really any input she could give due to the topic at hoof. 

Jade:
"In this place or in Equestria in general?..." Jade asked, but he didn't leave any time for Dew to respond before continuing "...Yes, this is the first time since waking up I have been here, and I have no idea if I have been in Equestria before us waking up here..." "...I haven't visited this place because...well, like I said, there's no special memories about it, it's like visiting the hospital you were born in, it's nice to know it's where it all started, but it doesn't really hold any worth in you memories."

Gentle took notice of Sunlight’s nod, while standing up from her seat. “So, are either of you tired? You can rest if you’re feeling tired from the trip...” Dynamo smiled, shaking his head at the offer. “Thanks mom, but I think we’ll be okay. I was thinking of showing Sunlight around town. Maybe have her meet Mr Pinball, as well...” He turned to Sunlight and raised a curious eyebrow. “...What do you think, Sunny? We can even stop to check out the books you had mentioned...” Gentle smiled, before giving the couple a concerned look. “...That sounds nice, but be careful. A couple of the stores around town have changed since you’ve been gone. I wouldn’t want the two of you to get lost or confused.”

Dew Drop: 

As Jade asked his question, Dew was just about to respond. However, she stopped as soon continued in his explanation. “I did mean t-this place. Considering t-that you might have w-wanted to return to the place you first w-woke up...” She took his words to heart, before slowly nodding. “...I see. I-I just thought that r-returning here would help in u-uncovering any clues. A s-sort of clue that would knowing who had made you, or w-why they gave you your memories of Equestria’s h-history. I will say t-that this place is pretty beautiful. G-Given how the the trees, the grass and everything l-looks so peaceful.”

"I think that's a good idea, faster I get the meeting out of the way, better..." Sunlight agreed, she then smiled at Gentle's concern "...you don't need to worry about us getting lost, my memory includes navigating, so if we get lost, we can just backtrack since I remember every turn we make." 

Jade:
"I actually have my own theory on that..." Jade informed ".......Or well, most of it, there's no way for me to even theorize who or what has created us, but during my time alone I came up with possible answers to where and why."

"Exactly..." Dynamo smiled with a nod. "...It's better to get the books out of the way, instead of postponing the job. That way, we won't have to worry about it later when we are on our vacation..." Gentle nodded as she listened to the two discussing the plan with each other. "...Okay and I trust you two. You're both capable of taking care of each other. Just take your time and dinner will be set when you both get home..." She smiled, Dynamo nodding as he waved to her. "...Thanks for letting us know mom and we'll be home soon. We just got to take care of a few things around town and then I'll give Sunny a tour. We'll be back before you know it. See you later, mom." He waved, making his way to the front door and opening said door for Sunlight.

Dew Drop:
"I-I'm glad to know that y-you came up with a theory. I know that n-not knowing who or what created y-you both probably doesn't matter to e-either of you. E-Even so, the thought w-would never leave my m-mind, until I had an a-answer, at least..." Dew responded, tilting her head at Jade's remark. At the same time, she was beginning to be more and more curious about his theory. "...W-Well? Don't just leave me in s-suspense, Jade. What's the theory/answers a-as to where and why?"

 Sunlight also waved to Gentle before exiting, she then did a thank you gesture to Dynamo as she passed him. When they were outside, Sunlight asked "So, where do we go first, in my opinion we probably should leave the book thing last so that we don't need to carry old books all around the city." 
Jade:
"Well..." Jade started, giving a humorous smile to Dew's remark "...first the where, it's obvious that we are not from Equestria, as our technology is far beyond anything that any known species knows, and I also doubt that we are from anywhere outside Equestria either, since if some creature had technology this advanced, I doubt we wouldn't know about it....so, that leaves only two other options, both of which would also explain why were in middle of nowhere, we are either from somewhere beyond this planet, or we have come here through a portal from another world, which we know exists due to that one time when reality started ripping apart." (*EQG: Friendship games)

As they left the house, Dynamo nodded at the thank you gesture from Sunlight. "Hmm...I was thinking that maybe I can show you around town. Afterwards, we can visit the arcade and you could meet Mr. Pinball. I know he'd like to have some help and catch up. Afterwards we can go check out the books, so we can take them with us. Would something like that be okay? I know the meeting for the books is very important. So, we could always move some of the plan around to make sure it would work out for the both of us."

Dew Drop:
As she listened to Jade's theories, Dew's jaw dropped slightly. While the theories seemed unlikely, it still didn't seem too farfetched. "W-Wow. I-I never really thought about it t-that way. Y-You do seem very advanced, b-but I could imagine someone b-being able to c-create you and Sunlight..." "...D-Do you really think there's life outside of o-our world? I mean, I n-never would have thought there'd be e-extraterrestrial, but I-I've heard of crazy things. I could see the t-theory of a portal from another world b-being more sound. I do remember s-seeing a portal or two appear within the city. T-The only problem was that I-I didn't know where the portal was f-from, or even w-why they appeared."

"Like I said, the books are best to leave last so yes, your plan is aright..." Sunlight replied calmly "...but I have one question, what were you actually planning to show me? Because though the childhood story is made up, we have lived here with Jade, so I know and have visited all the attractions and such. And don't get me wrong, I'm fine with just walking around the city, but I'd just want to know if you had something specific that isn't necessarily meant as a surprise." 

Jade:
"It's not impossible, after all, we have no idea what's beyond what we can see from here, so something living out there can't be ruled out. And for the portals, regarding me and my sister, it doesn't really matter why or where those portals came from, since it's enough to prove there is other words out there..." Jade concluded "...but then to the second part of my theory, our reason of existence......and well, I'd say it's quite obvious, we are clearly here to gather information, the only questions are if it's information in general, or if we are looking for something specific, and more importantly, why is said information needed."

"That's good to know. I can imagine the meeting is very important. So, I wouldn't want to take up anyone's time if there were any sidetracking..." Dynamo responded with a nod. "...I know I said I was going to give a tour of the town, but what you said makes sense. I remember you told me that you and Jade used to live in Fillydelphia at one point. I guess that plan goes out the window. Although, my mom did say that there were some new additions to the town. That, and some buildings were changed from one shop to another. So, it would be good to check out what's changed since you and I have been gone. I know I wanted to show you the arcade, so you could meet Mr. Pinball..." He stopped momentarily. Knowing he had another place in mind, but it always felt worrisome in his mind. "...There is another place, but we can probably save that place for last. There's one other pony I'd like you to meet, but it'd be somewhat difficult. You'll understand when we go to that location. On a lighter note, what did you think of my mom? I'm guessing she met your expectations, or did she surprise you at some point?"

Dew Drop:
"I-I guess that can be t-true. Nothing is ever impossible i-if it can be prove possible. F-For all we know, there could be o-other forms of life living with us. W-We just might not know it, until we f-found out in one way or another. S-Sort of like how I learned that y-you weren't a regular pony, but I s-still accept you f-for who you are..." "...I d-do find that the idea of o-other worlds to be rather fascinating. It m-makes me wonder if there is any other f-forms of flowers just waiting t-to be discovered..." Dew replied with a nod and a soft smile. "...I-I only wonder what kind of w-world out there would know of the m-meaning behind cutie marks. P-Perhaps it's a sort of futuristic w-world that wants to know more about the u-universe, or culture. M-Maybe it's an alternate world t-that wants to learn to be a b-better sort of world? Whatever the reason, I-I can only imagine that it's a v-very important g-goal in mind."

"She's clearly your mother..." Sunlight replied with a chuckle "...what I mean is that she's like I expected, or at least she is for now, after all, we didn't really talk that long." there wasn't really anything special to say about Gentle, negative or positive.

Jade:
Jade shrugged "All I know that whatever it is, whoever build us has had the access to Equestria before sending us, since for us to know what we knew when we woke up, our creator has to have that knowledge too..." he concluded "...but there is one thing that bothers me about my own theory...if we are on a mission, why don't we know the mission? wouldn't it be lot more logical to make us to know what we are supposed to do?"

“I guess that’s a good enough response...” Dynamo responded with a chuckle of his own. “...You’ll see how my mom is later. She can overreact and worry, but she’s kind and caring. Glad to know she made a good impression on you.” He says, the two making their way towards the town and arcade.

Dew Drop:

“I-I just wonder who or w-what this individual is. Considering t-that they knew so much about Equestria, b-but they made someone as a-advanced as you and Sunlight...” Dew wondered, nodding as Jade explained what was bothering him. “...T-That is a bit alarming. Maybe...t-there was no end goal in mind? Either that, o-or perhaps there was a goal. T-The only difference was that s-something must have happened upon waking up. I don’t know if t-there’s a way to know if that t-theory is true or not.”

"I'm glad I seemingly made a good impression on her, I was worried some of my responses may be a bit too direct, or well, one response, the one about parents not deciding love...." Sunlight said with a general smile "....but luckily it at least didn't seem to be."  

Jade:
"Both are good guesses, but both of them also raise more questions. If there's no end goal, why do we exist? and if something happened that erased it from our memory, why and how it seemingly is the only one that got erased? Ultimately there's no way to confirm or disprove any of our theories until who- or whatever made us brings the true story to us`"

"Yeah...I hope you can forgive my mom for asking such a question. The problem was that I ran into some relationships that didn't work out. I wasn't that good when it involved relationships. One on hoof, I didn't know that much when the subject of a relationship was brought up. On the other hoof, it was because I was too kind at times, while I was used. So, my mom has been somewhat worried about me finding my special somepony..." Dynamo responded with a smile. "...From how it all went, it looks like my mom has really taken a liking to you. So, at least everything is going very well."

Dew Drop:
"W-Whenever you find a clue o-or an answer, then it seems like more q-questions just have to appear. M-Maybe the whole existing a-aspect is to see if artificial ponies c-can live a normal life among other p-ponies? To be honest, the o-one who created you and Sunlight c-could have tried to go and find you. Unless s-something must have happened to the c-creator...?" Dew Drop knew that any theories could only lead to many more unsolved questions. However, she knew that any theory could have been possible at this point. "...If o-only there was a clue that we c-could find that would lead us in the r-right direction. I-It's not like you could read through a-any sort of coding you may have. In an a-attempt to find something from back b-before you first woke up, right?"

"Like I said to her, I do perfectly understand why she asks such questions, me not being sure about my wording on the answer doesn't mean the question is in any way bad..." Sunlight reminded "...it's like you said, it's going well..." "...I was slightly surprised that she didn't ask anything about my parents though, I kinda expected her to ask about my parents opinion on our relationship or something similar." 

Jade:
Jade just shrugged at Dew's suggestions as all of them could be right or wrong.
"Yes and no, we can't see our own systems so to speak, but we can access each other's, that's how we wake each other up from unconsciousness that's caused by emotion, but, Equestria's coding isn't advanced enough for us to understand our own coding, so even though we can read it if we wanted to, we don't know enough to understand it."

"I think when she had said that she wasn't sure about your wording, I think she meant on how you answered the question. Sometimes an answer can have more than one meaning if not explained thoroughly. You have a unique way of answering anything as I think it makes you very intelligent..." Dynamo explained with a smile. "...Eeyup. It's all about taking one step at a time and going day by day..." "...I mean, we did leave kind of suddenly. Even though we did tell my mom that we'd be going out. That, and she probably had to leave for her other dance classes. So, she might not have had the time to ask other questions. Knowing my mom, she'll have more questions for you later."

Dew Drop:
"T-That's rather interesting. H-Has there ever been a time where b-both of you have been unconscious? I-If so, then how would e-either of you be able to wake up? I guess the s-smartest ponies in Equestria w-wouldn't be able to decipher s-such advanced coding. I c-can only imagine that it's all ones, z-zeroes and other numbers to m-make the coding sounds too confusing. E-Even if you were able to u-understand a few bits and pieces here and t-there."

"I didn't mean that, when I say 'me not being sure about my wording' I mean that I myself were not sure of my own wording..." Sunlight corrected  "...I know, but I just kinda expected it to be asked early in getting to know me, I don't know why I did, but I just did."

Jade:
"It hasn't happened, but it wouldn't be a problem since we do eventually wake up by ourselves, it's just faster when one of us do it, and it also decreases the risk of us waking up tired..." Jade explained "...And that's just the thing, if it was just ones and zeros and other known things, we would manage, but it isn't, when I say we don't understand it, I really mean it, it's like a different language."

"Oh, I see. I guess it was all about not being sure on how to interpret the response. So, I guess there was some sort of confusion..." Dynamo responded with a nod in understanding. "...I suppose expecting that kind of answer meant you were ready to answer any and every kind of question. The only thing I could say is that maybe my mom didn't have that many questions prepared. That, and perhaps she wasn't expecting me to bring home a marefriend. Even though she always kept telling me that I'll find somepony. I admit that I had my doubts because you just can't find somepony out of nowhere. A relationship takes time, trust, love and everything that goes into a relationship. So, I guess my mom thinks it's as simple as that, or something along those lines. I also could imagine that since you mentioned that it was only you and your brother, then my mom would have thought that you lost contact with your parents."

Dew Drop:
"That's a-a relief..." Dew replied with a sigh. "...I'd b-be worried if it w-was impossible to wake up if the t-two of you are asleep. Also, r-really? I didn't think you'd e-ever become tired. Although, that w-would explain how you sleep, until it's a-around noon..." She giggled slightly at her joking tone, before raising an eyebrow at Jade's explanation. "...A-A different language? You mean, it isn't s-something along the lines of old Ponish? H-Have you ever taken notes on the language, before t-trying to find a translator to l-look into it? Y-You could always say that you d-discovered some hidden research. All the w-while, trying not to g-give any information about b-being artificial." It was a stretch, but it was better to check all of the bases, before exhausting any possibility.

"I hadn't actually even thought about that, but you're right, it may be she guessed we aren't in contact with our parents for reason or another, and didn't want to bring it up in case it's a sensitive topic." Sunlight stated with a nod.

Jade:
"We do become tired yes, but because we can replenish our energy with food and such too, we don't necessarily need to sleep. That's how we can stay up several days just reading..." Jade explained, chuckling a bit at the joke "...And no, it's not like old Ponish versu modern Ponish, coding works differently, you can't directly translate them to other different coding languages because they work so differently...And we have memorized some of it so that if we ever find matching information we'll know, but there hasn't been anything even close to it yet."

"Perhaps when we get back home, you can let my mom know about your parents. Maybe it'll put her mind at ease so she won't feel uncomfortable about asking such a sensitive topic." Dynamo responded, taking notice of some of the buildings they passed. "Huh. My mom was right about one thing. It looks like some of the buildings have either been closed down, or renovated. Some of them I don't even recognize that much."

Dew Drop:
"S-So, that's what you meant w-when you mentioned about researching f-for several days. I-I thought it sounded c-crazy as nopony could s-stay awake for days on end..." Dew responded, chuckling along with Jade. "...I-I guess that makes sense. I would h-have said that coding and P-Ponish are the same as they are both translated. However, I-I can see some differences between the two. It's s-sort of confusing as I'm more about p-plants, but it's always g-good to look into new things. I-I'ts also nice to know that you and your sister h-have been memorizing it. Hopefully, y-you'll be able to find an answer to w-what you seek."

"I rather not, less lies I need to tell the better. I'd prefer it never coming up, since when you really think about it, technically it is quite sensitive topic, because the truth about us is sensitive topic, and thus any lies to hide it are also part of sensitive topic." Sunlight stated, in any other situation she would have brought up a topic if it helped somepony to be less uncomfortable about something, but in this case, well, sometimes you need to be a bit selfish to protect yourself. "I also noticed some differences, but that's only to be expected, cities change quite rabidly nowadays."

"I wouldn't expect you to understand it, after all, there's a reason why those good in coding have to train for years, it's not a simple topic..." Jade stated with understanding tone "...and I hope so too, even though I highly doubt we will ever figure it out..." he seemed unsure for a second "...though on second thought, i'm not sure if I really want to learn it...after all, it isn't the nicest thing to know that you're just a machine, so I can only imagine that also knowing how you work would make one feel....even worse about oneself, because then you would know for sure that everything about you is fake." Though his tone was the usual, there was hints that he was hiding how he really felt about the topic.
