Here (in this short video) I explain how she could be finally intrdouced into G4 of MLP, known as Friendship is Magic, via it's connected spinoff, Equestria Girls.

I'm thinking Meagan could be written as descended from an Equestrian that fell in love with a human. It would be interesting to see if anything would happen if a human was born from pony transformed into a human via magic. That could make her retain the human form since she would be a mix of both worlds.

Well, this generation isn't stranger on using human names, but if Megan where to be introduced in one form or another in it, she should have her name changed to a noun like these horses and their pastel human selves do

That would be a fantastic concept. We know the mirror leads to the human world, and has been around for God knows how long, Starswirl and the other pillars vanished the sirens there, and Clover chased a sorceress and hid the memory stone in there as well. For all we know, said sorceress remained in the human world. Not to mention the geodes, which are explicitly stated their magic is of equestrian origin. So, yeah, we know Equestria has influenced the human world in many ways, and maybe more remains unseen

It could happen(Tirek, Smooze and Somnambula were given G4 counterparts alongside Spike and Applejack).  But what I wanna see is an Equestria Girls version of Jem from Jem and the Holograms.
