Cheese tomato & lettuce sandwiches with a kind of ham & leek salad thing as part of the filling – the tomatoes are cherry ones, all I could get so were cut in half. The drink is ice cold Lucozade with a dash of rose wine in it.

Corned beef hash, potato & half an onion boiled, mashed with corned beef, butter, a dash of milk & a good spoon of Horseradish sauce, ketchup on top

Sunday lunch comprising of a Greggs bakery sausage roll (yes again – I have several of the things), roast potatoes and roast parsnips, boiled caulifower (done in microwave), horseradish sauce, English mustard, rose wine.

Love roasted parsnips ..
