food Spoon for spaghetti, fork for soup

So, do you guys use the right utensils when eating food? For me, it depends on what I'm eating. Like... I'll use a spoon for rice because it's easier to pick up than with fork.

Posh! Y'all laughed at me when I started eating soup with a fork, but I did it! I actually managed to fork soup!! Admittedly, had to be pretty chunky soup & really fast fork flicking, but...

 Also have had some success knifing peas. Chopsticks... sometimes I just give up & start impaling food.

I use a knife and fork for spaghetti, I like to cut bunches of it up in portions. Rice usually with a spoon but if it has lots of large chunks of something in it then I'll consider using a fork.

I always use chopsticks at oriental restaurants. And I eat meat with my hands like a barbarian.

i use a fork for almost averything i eat, as for soups, they're usually noodle soups so i eat them with chopsticks or, again, with a fork.
if the food needs cutting, i cut it all in small portions before i start eating and then sit down and it without a knife

I pretty much have to use the right utensils for food or I feel off the whole time. Always spoons for soups and the like, forks for more piecey foods and I don't go beyond that. Fairly basic, but it has to be that.

I use a fork for chili, which often raises some eyebrows even though I can't figure out why. It seems natural to me. And I use a fork exclusively with spaghetti, without twirling the pasta on a spoon as many people do. I just cut the noodles with a fork and scoop 'em up.
