Hot Cocoa just winked and went back into the kitchen, coming out later with trays full of hit beverages and snacks.

There were so many objects that she couldn't even levitate them all at once, but just carried them with her front hooves instead, forced to walk on just her hind legs.

I turned to Dynamo, just trying to get my bearings. I clapped my hooves and thought of a grilled cheese sandwich, actually relieved that nothing happened.

"Okay good, we're really up." I posed my metallic plush back into a standing position as there was a pop and a crackle of Speed Bolt leaving for work

"Yup it was pretty fun, but I don't remember all of it. I'm still kinda processing what happened before. As I said earlier I'm not really fully ok, I'm just better. I don't think I'll ever reach acceptance, as I just flat out refuse to believe Twilight is gone. Out of sight, out of mind. Keep myself busy." I turned to Sparky who was just staying by the door. "Sparky says only a couple of hours have passed since you all entered my dream. It's still morning. I guess we could get on with our day? I could have Sparky call my sister to take us back to town rather than walking or flying."

That reminded me of something.....

Dynamo blinked a couple of times and jumped as he heard Lektra had clapped her front hooves. "Okay. I'm wide awake now." He chuckled slightly, before nodding in understanding towards Lektra. "I sometimes can't remember certain dreams I've had. Some of them are pretty strange, but I tend not to ask questions. That is, unless the dream meant something. I know that everything will be okay in time, but I'm just glad to know that you're doing better. It sounds to me like Twilight isn't really gone, but more along the lines of living on in your heart and the hearts of others." He looked over to Sparky, who had been staying at the door and talking to Lektra. "A few hours had passed? I'm honestly surprised as I thought Princess Luna had said time stood still, or something like that. I wouldn't mind all of us going back into town. I know I have to go and apply for a job at the local arcade. Maybe we can play a few video games for a while."

"How about we head there and have a proper introduction?" I really did feel kinda weird this Pegasus has had an adventure with us, but he and I weren't property acquainted. "Or you could tell me your name now, but I'd rather also know more about as well, and that's best done over a cup of coffee." I chuckled a bit at this

Dynamo smiled as he looked over to see that Aerion had finally woken up. He turned to Lektra and nodded as she mentioned Aerion's question to the blue unicorn. "Eeyup. I'm just a little shaken up after everything had happened, but I'm doing okay. Are you doing alright, Aerion?" He asks, before nodding at the mention of work. "I know I have to see if the arcade is hiring in Ponyville. So, I guess that counts as work or having something to do, while being in town. Going to the cafe first would be a good idea. Seeing how we'll need to get breakfast, or lunch seeing how it's almost noon. Maybe afterwards, we can all head to the arcade? I think it would be cool to see what games they have."

Rose placed her hooves down as she noticed that she was carrying a lot, got up onto her hind legs and said as she pudhed in her chair and headed over to Hot Cocoa, "need any help with those?"

Hearing Rose, Hot Cocoa paused and smiled gratefully, "I'm normally one to give in..." She admitted, "But yeah, I could really use the help. Just be careful when you grab 'em, 'cause some of these are still really hot."

Rose took a few plates, so it was easier on Hot Cocoa and said, "Okay, I'll follow you as we hand them out, since I don't know who ordered what." She closed her eyes and used the shadows to balance them on her front legs.

Rose nodded and walked over to the two tables as she smiled the shadows loosened a bit for her to be allowed to move the plates and cups to their correct customers, then she said while tightening the shadows on the remaining dishes, "There we go, and have a nice day."

Busy as a bee, Hot Cocoa managed a small wave before turning her attention back to Rose, "Tell you what," she started off, "you are doing fantastic. I'll talk to my parents and make sure to come in first thing, because I have a good feeling about you." She said, "Now, let's get you an apron so we can cover more ground, alright?"

Dynamo held back a chuckle as he heard Aerion statement, before shaking his head. "I just hope that the other Wonderbolts will be okay with that decision. I remember my dad told me that Spitfire was quite harsh when it came to other recruits taking a cheat day."

"As for time passing, that's because of the nightmare portion. That was still basically a regular dream, even though for you guys it was a waking dream." I blinked my eyes and shook my head, really trying to just put the time in the nightmare and what was said by my projection out of thought.

"All good ideas, I'll call my sister in a moment to take us to town. We'll see what happens after." I then turned to the Pegasus

"Aerion is it?" I smiled a little. "Let's discuss your breaking and entering over coffee as we also get to know each other." I chuckled at this as I looked at Sparky, who sent the signal to Speed

A couple of moments later the filly who looked like me in miniature appeared in front of us with a pop and a crackle. 'Goingtotownfinallysis?"

I nodded, wondering how much work I'd missed.

"Holdontoyourlunch!" She pressed us together around her with a light telekinetic grip, and I had just enough time to lock the door from the inside with my own telekinesis as she, myself, Sparky, and my two friends vanished with another pop and a crackle

We appeared at the cafe, near my usual table with a pop and a crackle.

"Ok, byeeeeeeee." Speed Bolt disappeared the same way she came in, leaving a stack of work orders for me on the table and a burn mark on the floor.

I sighed as I sat down, wondering how long it would take for anyone to notice our sudden entry. The other patrons didn't seem to be bothered

Dynamo listened with interest and nodded as he didn't want to bring up anything from the nightmare he and the others had been a part of. He knew it had probably taken it's toll on Lektra. So, he decided not to mention said dream, unless it was necessary. "I guess that makes sense. I sometimes don't understand when something is going on, but I shouldn't question it. There are times I play a video game for a few minutes and then I look to the time to see it was an hour or two had gone by." He smiled as he was glad his suggestion wasn't a bad idea. He watched as Lektra had asked Sparky to call Speed, who appeared in another flash. He could only tilt his head in confusion as he didn't catch a word of what Speed had said, before he had the sudden feeling of being teleported.

After arriving at the cafe, Dynamo shook his head as he felt dizzy and nauseous from the sudden teleport. "I fear the day I learn how to teleport. It sounds like a useful spell, but not very pleasant, if you ask me." He says, as he heard the pop and crackle of Speed teleporting once more. He got up from his seat on the ground, before moving over to the table that Lektra was occupying.

Seeing and diserning what Dynamo was on about he Looked at the new's paper to see what he would have for a breakfast and said "don't worry, I will manage some how, worst case senario I will be made to go around 150 laps around the circuit" he giggled and said he looked at Lektra and said "now that we are in a more...peaceful setting let me introduce myself, properly, I am Aerion, Lieutenant in the reserves of the Wonderbolts, pleased to meet you and if I was of help to you I am happy"

That, or until they knew they learned the lesson of going against orders. My dad could have been exaggerating, but it's what he had always told me." He chuckled, before he watched as Aerion had given his introduction. "I remember you told me that you were part of the Wonderbolt reserves, but I didn't know you were a Lieutenant. That must be a great honor to have. Also, are you kidding me? You were a great help, as well as Cocoa. I thank you for the help and I think we all made a great team, in my opinion, Aero." He looked down in his menu to see what he wanted to order, before his eyes widened in realization to what he had just said. He quickly looked back up to Aerion and gave an apologetic look to the Pegasus. "I'm sorry about the random name, but the nickname Aero seemed cool to me, in my opinion. The blue unicorn smiled in relief, before chuckling along with his friend. "Fair enough and that sounds like a good idea. However, it's like I said before. I'm not much of a fan when it comes to drinking. However, give me some sweets and candy and you'll see the most amazing sugar rush you've ever witnessed in your life. Either that, or you'll all be running for the hills. Whichever comes first. To be fair, I tend to get all hyped up whenever I see an amazing game had either been announced, or has come out that very week. Just tell me that when Pokemon or even Mario makes an appearance and I'll be bouncing off of the walls."

He looked towards Rose, who had given her reply from his earlier question. He knew that she didn't go into detail about her work, but he still smiled, nonetheless. "Still, it's nice to see you again. I hope we all can catch up at some point. We are thinking about stopping at the arcade a little bit later. If we do, then you can come along with us and enjoy playing some video games." He smiled, before looking back at the menu and seeing what he could order.

Not at all serious, I give him a frown as I was trying to to be sarcastic. "I beg your pardon sir, my hut is plenty peaceful, when I and ponies I meet aren't having a horrendous dream together."

Sparky looked at me like 'too soon' and I shrugged. "What, I have to try to get over that somehow."

I tried to brighten up though. "Sorry about that. It's nice to actually like for real meet you and you were in fact extremely helpful, all of you were." I sighed. "I'm Lektra Bolt and I run Bolt Solutions here in Ponyville. We're originally from Manehattan. I was born and grew up there, and you might notice my accent a bit. Or a fair bit." I shrugged. "Our slogan is inventive magical solutions to improve everyone's lives. I'm an enchanter and I work with metallic substances. I've been called the Mistress of Metal." I really tried to smile when meeting a new friend, but it usually came out as a half smile, given that I've been extremely depressed lately.

My ears piped up when I heard about drinking. "Cider, or coffee? Both? Both is good too. I mean cider is okay, but I've been basically been inhaling coffee lately. I'm quite partial to it, and sweets."

Aerion gave her a reassuring smile knowing it might well earn him a slap or something from her or even more animosity from her and looked at her directly in the eyes "I do apologize for any bad doing I might have done or if I somehow offended you, there is no need to act polite, if I am of your disliking I will not press matters further, but as a soldier I act for the well being of other poinies, if you find me somehow...unlikable I do apologize again, but then again...nothing I can do except being me ma'am" he said

"You're fine, and I'm usually just naturally nice to others like this. Just promise to never break and enter my place again ok? I usually lock the door and my security system is built with electric shocks as well as pointy spikes. Obviously it won't dissuade everyone and teleportation is a thing, but let's just say doing that again might be dangerous to your health." I gave a dry and deadpan smile, but also a bit of a nervous laugh.

"I say this as a suggestion now, for the benefit of you as, potentially, my new friend. I like my friends alive, not hurt, and healthy." I gave another nervous laugh and tried to smile afterwards. "That explanation is always awkward......."

I sighed and wondered when I could have some coffee. "So yeah, now that this awkwardness is out of the way, we are friends right?" I had a very nervous looking smile on my face, at least I felt like I did. I also felt hot in the face

Great, I threatened a very nice stallion with possible death or bodily harm by telling him my hut can actually be dangerous. Does he still want to be my friend? Did he ever? Did I misread his intentions? Did I over analyze and give too much information?

"Oh, no. It's not that I haven't practiced teleportation." He paused momentarily, while wondering if it was okay to say something that sounded embarrassing. Since they were all in a discussion, he knew that he should at least be honest with himself. "It's just that...I'm not the best when it comes to magic. I don't know if I said this before, but it's because I was born without magic. If you'd like, I could explain what had happened. I was able to learn how to use magic after many years, but I can only do the normal illumination spell, a decent laser and a somewhat decent shield spell. So, I honestly have no idea what kind of spells, or magic I'm capable of using."

At the mention of someone else had heard of those games, Dynamo's jaw dropped slightly in surprise. "You know of Ponymon and Mareia too? I've always loved playing those games. That, along with Star Fox, Final Fantasy and other classic games. I guess I could always see myself being those characters and going on adventures with, or as those characters. I think it would be rather interesting to make games. Especially with the Magitek you use in your inventions. If I had to guess, then perhaps Magitek could revolutionize video games as we know it."

(Was gonna respond a couple hrs ago but got called into work).

Hot Cocoa came out of the kitchen and winked at her friends, putting on her best smile as she served a group of nitpicky customers.

"This is all wrong!" A stallion shouted at her, slamming his hoof on the table.

"That makes no sense. You specifically mentioned a cappachino with no whip cream on top, but on the bottom and two cinnamon sticks. Hot, not cold." She repeated, showing them her notepad, "I never get an order wrong, sir."

"Well you got this one wrong."

"With all due respect sir, I would never--"

"Blah, blah, blah."  The mare said, "Seriously, we were really expecting better service."

Annoyed, she just continued, "Then allow me to get you something new. What would you like?"

"A different waitress. One that isn't so... disfigured."

"Pardon?"

"I mean, look at you." She pointed to the mare's bottom, "How could you trot around like that? A pony without a tail, seriously? Who was so incompetent as to hire a pony like you."

"Well, that would be my parents Ma'am. Now, what may I get yo--"

"You're parents must be so disappointed in you." 

That line put her over the edge. Disregarding her paper and pencil, she ran into the kitchen with tears in her eyes.

"This is all wrong!" A stallion shouted at her, slamming his hoof on the table.

"That makes no sense. You specifically mentioned a cappachino with no whip cream on top, but on the bottom and two cinnamon sticks. Hot, not cold." She repeated, showing them her notepad, "I never get an order wrong, sir."

"Well you got this one wrong."

"With all due respect sir, I would never--"

"Blah, blah, blah."  The mare said, "Seriously, we were really expecting better service."

Annoyed, she just continued, "Then allow me to get you something new. What would you like?"

"A different waitress. One that isn't so... disfigured."

"Pardon?"

"I mean, look at you." She pointed to the mare's bottom, "How could you trot around like that? A pony without a tail, seriously? Who was so incompetent as to hire a pony like you."

"Well, that would be my parents Ma'am. Now, what may I get yo--"

"You're parents must be so disappointed in you." 

That line put her over the edge. Disregarding her paper and pencil, she ran into the kitchen with tears in her eyes.

As fast as he could he went near the table of that stallion and look at him dead in the eye "would you mind to repeat that?" He asked with a menacing tone

I patted Dynamo on the back with a fore hoof. "Don't be so hard on yourself. You're slightly different, but I believe everyone has the potential with study, encouragement, and practice. If not, well that won't stop you either. Magitek is usable by Earth Ponies and other non magical species, even. Useful for those with disabilities." I remembered we actually had quite a couple of customers who had disabilities, and were quite grateful for my help. "My customers who are somehow disabled enjoy a huge discount on Bolt Solutions services and products. They are never turned away if they can't afford even the discounted price, and no pony abuses it. If they can pay they do, if they can't that's fine too." I said this matter of factly, as I was rather proud of this fact

"As for video games, I just naturally follow developments so I'm aware. I don't engage due to being busy, just aware. I consider those who work in this field as a type of rival. A very archaic and low power option. Why no pony besides Bolt Solutions has ever considered just enchanting the arcade machines to function better or using illusion spells for virtual reality games where you are just there inside the game, I'll never know." I sighed, adjusting my goggles on my head. "Its just out of the scope of what I do directly. Let me explain the barriers. There are barriers for entry."

"First of all Magitek has very broad applications. Bolt Solutions just never really has time to focus on specific fields and products on our own, and we're accused of dominating some markets already. In order to curb these rumors, we just deliberately don't enter some types of development." I looked at him to see if he was still following, then continued. "We don't do anything unless asked. We are a commission and service company. We are commissioned to provide a service or product, so we do. When we're not, we don't. A lot of business is just repair and maintenance of existing Magitek, like the orders Speed dropped off recently."

"There are also the licensing fees, or purchase fees. It's way more money than we would choose to spend on our own without being somehow asked to by some pony else." I gave a nervous chuckle again

I then levitated a chart out of Sparky's storage compartment. "Generally speaking, no pony has asked for Magitek enhanced video games. This chart shows our customers and the development we engage in." The chart showed that a very very small percentage of commissions have been video game related. This had probably already become too detailed of an explanation, and I still haven't had my coffee today

"Did that sound like gibberish to you?" I looked around for a server to see if I could place an order for my usual

Dynamo had blinked a few times as he felt someone had pat him on the back. He didn't expect anyone to give him a form of comfort, but he smiled softly at the kind gesture. "Thank you for understanding. It's just strange that the doctor's had told my parents that my horn is a birth defect. I get that it's not like regular unicorn horns, but still. You'd think there was a sort of meaning behind all of this. My mom could only show me the basics as her magic is different. Her style of magic is all involved with dancing. She's a dancer by trade and she has a school to teach other students. She teaches everything from ballet to hip hop to every other kind of style. Her magic is all about making her lighter than air as she flows through the dance movements." He says, nodding as Lektra had gone on to explain more about Magiteck. 

"It's nice to know that you are aware of certain video games that are on the release schedule. Hmm...I wouldn't see arcade and Bolt Solutions as rivals, but I guess I could never see it in that way. I always thought that if everyone enjoyed video games, makes rivals and friends in games, then every gamer is connected in one way or another. I guess it's the passionate side of me that enjoys games for story, characters and just feeling like you are a part of the game." He raised an eyebrow, while feeling interested at the mention of VR. "I admit that I've never played in VR before, but it's something I would love to give a try to. I think it's good that your company goes into different fields. It shows that you have ideas for anything and not stuck on one field to work on. Meaning that if one idea doesn't work, then there's always another field to work in. 

He watched as his friend levitated a chart from Sparky's storage compartment. He looked at the chart with a nod and was surprised to see some commissions were video game related. "I will say that it's a bit confusing, but I'll take your word for it. I'm usually not a tech wiz, but I'm more used to things in video games and anime." He chuckled with a sheepish smile, before continuing. "Still, I like how video games are showing up more and more. I guess they have a chance to thrive in the world of Equestria. Some ponies think games are a waste of time, but they don't understand the art, the beauty and the creativity a game can give. I'd like to get some Magitek video games in the future. Maybe we can work together on a game to see if this can all be successful. At least we can work together instead of asking for all of these things and then it doesn't become confusing and/or impossible."

He looked over to Cocoa, who had winked at them and waved. He chuckled as he smiled and waved back at his friend. He was about to call out to her, but stopped as he heard a hoof being slammed upon the tables. He gave a deadpanned expression at how rude the customer's were being towards Cocoa. He knew they had met a day ago, but she seemed very studious in her job and doesn't seem like someone who forgets. He gasped softly at the conversation the customer's had been, before seeing Cocoa run into the kitchen with tears in her eyes. The blue unicorn grit his teeth, lowering his face as his mane covered his eyes. Without warning, he raised his arms and slammed them upon the table with tremendous force. "You know something? I heard that Ponyville was a nice place to live in, but I guess that makes you a bunch of travelers. The reason is that you seriously don't deserve to stay in this town!" He got up out of his seat, looking up to the customers. An icy cold glare in his eyes as he kept narrowing his gaze at the rude ponies. "If there's one thing you shouldn't do, then that's disrespect my friend. Not only that, but a mare must always be treated with kindness and respect, or did your parent never teach you manners?" He looked back towards Aerion, Lektra and Rose. "I'm going to go and make sure that Cocoa is okay. Just try not to do anything you might regret, okay?" He asks, making his way towards the kitchen, before stopping at the door.

"You know something?" He called out towards the customers once more. "I was born with a curved unicorn horn. The doctor's told me that I would never be able to use magic for my entire life, but I was able to change that declared fate upon me. You shouldn't go and act like you know Cocoa, or anypony else for that matter. If anything, then you should go back to wherever you came from, before we make it our problem, got it!? Cocoa is fine the way she is. Tail or no tail, she's still a pony and she's still a friend." He huffed, pushing past the doors and making his way into the kitchen to find his friend.

The stallion looked up at both of them in surprise, "Very well, but don't expect me to do this again." He started trotting towards a shaking Hot Cocoa, who was being comforted by her Mother inside the kitchen, a clear rage in her eyes as she let her daughter cry. 

The mare at the table just humphed and walked past Dynamo, Lektra, and Aerial, completely unfazed by the threat. 

The stallion knocked on the kitchen door, and it was unlocked by Tea Leaf (I'm probably gonna end up changing her name to Ginseng eventually).

"How can I help you?"

The stallion was about to apologize forcefully, when he saw the mare sniffling in her Mother's arms.

"... I'm sorry for the way I acted." He apologized genuinely, "I was taught what was right and what was wrong, and it appears that I am the one that's wrong. Please, will you forgive me?"

Suddenly he was grabbed by Aerion from the back and said "thank you" he carried him like a sack of flour and asked Lektra "Hey Lektra, do me a solid one and open that big window please?" He motioned with his head at the window that opened to a muddy road

Rose was putting on the apron as she heard the entire conversation. As she was getting done, Hot Cocoa came in and she was about to yell at the customers, but Dynamo beat her to it. She watched the mare walk away while tuning out the stallion. She had to convince herself not to go after the rude mare.
