mega thread How are you feeling?

Just think it's funny how some people don't consider how individualistic the world actually is, or at least is supposed to be, and these people blindly assess people's competence narcissistically by gauging how "like minded" someone is to them, EVERYONE is different, inherently, you can't just assume because someone shares your opinions in one area that they have had the same life experiences as you, or that they even share your opinions for the same reason...like I said before "ally's" aren't always "friends" and they don't think alike, if I bring up Saudia Arabia without context, will the post be considered political instantly? Probably because it's me :ButtercupLaugh:

People don't use their brains, they use their bias and this is okay because what is "rational" to us as human beings is all VERY DIFFERENT depending on the experiences we've had, our economic or social circumstances, and often times both "sides" to a story both ring truth within them when we are speaking for a general public, but personal truths aren't something that can be changed, there are family men who have went on to be revealed as murders and rapists, but to his family he was a provider, potentially even a hero at one point in time... Someone isn't less competent than you for not sharing all of your opinions as a matter of fact it's good that we all have different opinions they SHOULD be different as our circumstances are different, but what is "competent" can be completely different depending on who you are and what your circumstances are in the world...

I agree, I watched Breaking Bad btw, this series portrays it very well (Jesse seems like a "cool guy" when he is next to children, when in reality, he is a person who makes drugs. Also, it shows really well how's the life of someone who makes drugs, which is not good one btw. Walter White is a chemistry teacher and seems like a good parent, but he also works with Jesse where he "cooks" drugs)

Walter is evil lol, through and through, Jesse was lost, but it doesn't excuse being a meth manufacturer...

Actually, when I think about it, Walter isn't really that of a good parent.

That's the truth to, he had plenty of chances to cash out and focus on his family after manufacturing illegal narcotics and literally taking lives, but he got in deeper because of his own ego, in the process of doing this he not only pushes his family away but endangers them as well, it's an excellently written story, I really enjoyed it, but Walter had no compassion Jesse was his pet, not his friend, Walter loves control and he loves it even more than the money he was making, it's why he let Jane die bc she was taking Jesse away from his influence...

Kinda disappointed of myself. A co worker who I have a crush on for quite sometime now FINALLY noticed me and she says hello to me. I could have say “hello how are you?” and then start the conversation with her. BUT..

wasted that opportunity by just saying “Hey”. That’s all just a dry “hey”. As she walked pass me to work.  Like man I felt dumb to waste that opportunity to talk to her. I’m pretty nervous guy so it takes me sometime to go up to someone I like to talk to. But her saying hello to me got me off guard pffft.

Welp, at least she finally noticed that I existed, so I guess that’s a win.

Feeling odd, intrigued by people that think things that make them human and seemingly ordinary some how make them special, like that's just natural, nobody is owed our validation just like nobody "inherently" deserves to be isolated or hated, "coexisting" means coexisting with people that are judgmental, coexisting doesn't make you immune from scrutiny or mean people have to like you all of a sudden, and some people's reaction to this scrutiny proves that THEY are the ones that can't coexist....

I mean technically the actions they took in the first place to receive this scrutiny already proved this... but you know they wanna double down on it...

Nobody is gonna get a long with everyone, your pretty normal and just like everyone else to prioritize your tribe over others... It's just humans are pretty weak and like to have "common enemies" it makes them feel strong or powerful bc otherwise on their own they aren't impactful or capable enough to take individualistic stands on their own, they like to be a party of the angry mob, it's just these angry mobs aren't being incited towards those the media is portraying, it's like you are a morally depraved heathen to call a criminal what it is, a criminal, so people cowardly pack up against someone that has different opinions than the societal norms and start witch hunts against people just for having opinions that the majority of brainwashed peasants complacent with whatever makes them feel like part of a strong majority don't like ...
