For everyone who uses Mac OS Sierra, if the Safari update goes haywire or the computer shuts down while it is updating, launch “Finder” then go to <USER NAME>s MacBook Pro > Applications > Library > Updates > 061-22609 (numbers may vary) and inside you will find a binary named “Safari13.0.2HighSierra.pkg” click (or double click) on the File to run the installer.
