Dynamo's ears perked as he heard Pencil talking to him. He turned around as he heard Pencil's explanation upon her fear of heights. "Glad to hear that you're doing alright. Sorry to hear that you're afraid of heights, but I don't blame you, Pencil. I have a fear over certain roller coasters and a fear of heights, as well. It sort of leans towards my fear of some roller coasters. There was a time I was forced onto a roller coaster that I thought was a simple going on big hills. However, it made a couple of loops that it made me feel like I was going to fall out of my seat. It made me extremely worried that I had a bit of a fear of heights and roller coasters. However, I'm slowly working my way over the roller coaster fear. So long as there aren't too many loops." He didn't know that Pencil had a sister, but he considered asking her later. Considering that they were just about to start riding the ride.

"Now I will say this you two. You'll feel forces that you may not me used to. As the coaster goes through the drop, you may feel a sense of weightlessness for a short period of time. When the coaster makes a dive and swoops back up, you'll feel heavier. This is positive g-forces. When the coaster goes over a hill, depending on the speed, you may feel yourself lift out of your seat. This is known as airtime and it's one of the best feelings you get on a coaster. Airtime is part of negative g-forces." Thundy explained.

“Oh dear, that sounds horrible! No one should force you to ride a rollercoaster! Well, I’m glad you’re at least working on your fear, though,” she responded. She was slightly jealous that Dynamo was able to deal with his irrational fear, but she did not say this aloud.

Pencil nodded along with Thundy’s explanation, trying not to get nervous again. She didn’t think feeling heavy sounded like fun, but it would probably be cool to feel weightless. Once Thundy was finished talking, Pencil relaxed in her seat, trying to get herself comfortable before the ride. All of her anxiousness had to go away before the ride could start, or at least most of it.

"You can say that again. It sort of happened on an old class field trip. The coaster seemed relatively straight forward, before the coaster started moving backwards. After it reached a certain point, the carts were dropped and the ride began." He says, rubbing a hoof through his mane as it wasn't the best memory to talk about. However, talking about it to his friends helped, in a way. "I still have a slight fear of heights and roller coasters, but it's all about baby steps. It's sort of easier when it comes to smaller coasters that are indoors, but they don't have heights and such. There are a few coaster and rides that I don't think I'll ever overcome. Not because of fear, but because of how complex and insane the ride can be. I think there was one roller coaster ride that sends you flying and up to an insane height. Just before it sends you flying back down. The ride lasts for a few seconds, but the height of said ride might cause my heart to stop." He explained, shuddering slightly at the idea of such a ride, before nodding at Thundy's explanation. "I remember there were times I felt myself being lifted out of my seat and such, but I didn't know that was meant to be a part of the ride. It sounds kind of scary, but I guess that makes sense to add that thrill and adrenaline."

"Yep, that feeling you experienced was airtime. It's a lot of fun. Oh Dynamo, that coaster you mentioned that pulls you up backwards, that is a boomerang coasters. Some people call them reverse shuttle coasters because you go through the layout one time, and then hit a peak, and do it all over again backwards. There are even some coasters that launch you right out of the station via different methods." Thundy explained.

“Yikes, I would never wanna go backwards!” Pencil exclaimed. She couldn’t imagine the terror Dynamo must have felt went he was suddenly launched towards the direction he came from. It must have felt very uncertain, not being able to really see where anything was without sitting in an odd position. Thankfully, the ride they were currently on would be a lot less intense and hopefully not have any crazy surprises with it.

"Sine... Cosine... Carry the four... Ah! Of course, it's--" Just as Finn is finishing his calculations, he notices he is being strapped in. Seems everyone has picked a place to sit and is strapping in as well. "Now that I think 'bout it, this is my first time on a rollercoaster!" Finn looks around, hoping it will start soon.

Trilby just smiles. "As long as it helps." Together, they continue watching the movie. There are some amazing fight scenes, and moments where the entire city is in danger. However, by the end of it, Fool's Errand gets away. However, it doesn't matter. The city is safe, and Mare-Do-Well learns that family is what really matters. However, as the movie begins its credits, they tease the arrival of the next villain... Triple Face!

With about an hour or so having past, Trilby picks himself up and offers Shadow a hoof.

"You know what could even more scarier, yet more awesome? Riding a roller coaster in the night, especially if it goes out into a forest region and has tunnels. I got night rides all the time back in my world. Heh, sometimes I'd get the last ride of the night before the park closes." Thundy stated.

To Shadow's delight, the movie ends with Mare-do-well prevailed, the villain running away, defeated, and the city safe from the poisoning. Her ears perked in interest when a teaser for another villain, presumably the same villain who will be introduced in a sequel.

Several ponies stood up and began to leave, this includes Trilby, who decides to act all 'gentlecolt'y' by offering his hoof, she amiled and accepted his offer “So, where do we go next?”

"Huh. I never knew certain roller coasters had names. I would have thought they were all the same in one form or another." Dynamo responded, nodding in confirmation to Pencil's remark. He was beginning to realize why the coaster he had gone on years ago was now known as a boomerang coaster. "Is it weird that riding a roller coaster at night doesn't sound that scary? It's probably just me, but I think it feels more recommended, in my opinion. It sort of just takes away the fear of seeing everything going on around you in the day time. Considering everything looks like ants when you're up so high on certain rides. Plus, the lights that illuminate the night makes the rides more worthwhile." He explained as to what Thundy had mentioned, it all seemed like a theory to the blue unicorn. Hearing that it was Finn's first time on a coaster, Dynamo couldn't help in chuckling. "I guess you're in for a treat and I hope you enjoy the ride, Finn."

“I have to agree with you there, Dynamo,” Pencil commented. “Rollercoasters are always so much prettier at night and it is less scary when you can’t see as much. I’ve seen some Ferris wheels at night before and their lights go off like fireworks, it’s really cool!”

Everyone appeared to be ready now. Thundy, Finn, Chelsea, Dynamo, and Bluebell were all strapped in and anxious to start the ride. Well, Finn was mostly interested in figuring out the math of the rollercoaster. Pencil inwardly cringed, not being a big math fan. She was amazed at how smart the colt was, though. Stretching a bit and checking out her seat one last time, Pencil prepared herself for the ride which could start at any moment now.

Sundae stared on, as Nopony walks away in a solemn pace. She began to wonder if she should still go to her ice cream parlor... Or giving all her workers their salary they desertve and lock herself in her house for days, wanting not to get involved whether is infiltrating Friendshire. She looked at the small bell Nopony gave her and prayed of choosing the right decision.

"Alright everyone, final check." Thundy said looking around. Everything was clear. The water version of Pencil was safe in her bubble. Thundy snapped his fingers. The staff pressed the green button. The coaster lurched forward and off they went up the chainlift. Sound clips of a Daring Do adventure played on the speakers, explaining the plot of the coaster: To escape the Sphinx's lair. Daring had snatched an important item that needed to be returned to its rightful place, and the Sphinx was on her heels.

Pencil’s eyes widened as the coaster began, her hooves clinging tightly to the safety belt. As it ascended, a scene from Daring Do, something she actually heard of, for once, began to play out. Daring Do had taken another artifact to return to wherever it belonged and was being chased by a Sphinx. She had to escape the Sphinx, otherwise the item would be used for ill intended purposes. The excitement of the story made Pencil forget about actually being in the rollercoaster, at least temporarily.

Finn bounces around in his seat, though he still remains strapped in. "START. THE. RIDE! START. THE. RIDE! START. THE--Weee!!!" His wish is granted. A slow start at first, but in no time at all, it begins! And the Daring Do elements make it more like a theme park ride rather than a generic coaster. "This is the best moment I could have ever gone to!"

He thinks a moment while stretching a little. "Heh. All that sitting down from watching a movie made me feel a little stiff. I think we need to move around a little bit. Don't you think? We could go on that nature walk, or the aquarium, or go to that athletic center if you REALLY want a good work out." Trilby giggles at that last one. "I probably won't be very good at that last one, but I'd do my best to keep up!"

Making his way towards the coaster, Dynamo nodded as he approached one of the empty carts. "You don't have to tell me twice, Thundy." He says, before moving slightly off to the side. "Why, thank you kind sir," Bluebell said with a humorous smile and got into the cart.  When Dynamo got settled next to her, she fidgeted, unsure of what to do about what she was feeling.

"Um, d-d-Dynamo, Bluebell said, "would-would you - can we - um-..."  Then the words rushed out all at once.  "CanIrestmyheadonyourshoulder?"

Dynamo returned the smile as he had to admit that her smile was pretty. "You're very welcome, m'lady." Once Bluebell got into the cart, the blue unicorn made his way into the seat next to her. Upon buckling up, he made sure to lower the lap bar for their cart. Making sure they were set to go, his ears perked as he heard Bluebell address him. "What's up, Bluebell? Is everything okay?" He asks, feeling concerned as he saw her fidgeting in her seat. He was about to say something, but stopped as he heard her blurt out her response. He blinked for a moment, while tilting his head in confusion. He wasn't able to catch what she had said. Given that she had her words were rushed all at once. "I-I'm really sorry, Bluebell. Dynamo's ears fell slightly as he heard her sigh. He hoped he hadn't said or did anything wrong. Upon hearing her request, a look of realization had dawned upon him. "Oh, u-um...s-sure. I-If you're okay with it, that is." He stuttered out with a blush adorning his cheeks. He scooted a bit closer till he was right next to the blue unicorn mare. With a shaky hoof, he wrapped his arm around Bluebell. Resting his hoof around his shoulder, he pulled her closer until her head was near his shoulder. "I-Is this okay, Bluebell?" He asks, hoping he wasn't invading her personal space.

The blue unicorn had to admit that this felt nice. He couldn't explain why, but it was nice having her next to him. Taking a bold chance, he rested his head next to hers. "S-So, what do you say, Bluebell? Ready to enjoy the ride together?"

Dynamo couldn't help in chuckling as it seemed her answer was as clear as day. "I guess that answers my question." He smiled, hearing her cute accent once more. With a nod, his eyes glanced over towards the male griffon. "Okay, Thundy! Bluebell and I are all set to go!" He called out to the griffon, chuckling as it seemed Finn was set for the ride to start. He felt the coaster lurch forward, while making sure he and Bluebell didn't bump heads. All the while, laying his head next to hers as they rode the ride. He could hear some sound clips of the Daring Do adventure, while admiring the details of the ride around them. "This is pretty cool, huh, Belle. It's almost like we're reading a Daring Do story. Except, we're experiencing it." He says, unintentionally giving the unicorn mare a sort of nickname. He watched as Daring Do had snatched an important item, while trying to escape the chasing Sphinx.

The coaster hit the top. "Alright everyone here we go!" Thundy said smiling and putting his talons up. Chelsea did as well. The coaster went down the first banked spiral drop that was a little steep. The coaster picked up speed and went right into the first hill. The coaster peaked at the top of the hill, giving a bout of quick airtime that felt like an ejector seat. "Whoo!" Thundy whooped loudly.
