Issues Signing In: "Incorrect Username"

Hello, this is Pony Flutters.

It's been a while since I've been on the forums, but now I can't seem to access my main account. I've been trying to sign in to my account, but apparently it's telling me that Pony Flutters is not an existing username despite the fact that there is an account with that name. I've tried to check if I could try my older username before I requested changing it (Dat1Guy), but for some reason it's registering as a brand new account despite being in the sign in field and not the registering new account one. I'm quite anxious, because I'm not sure if I'm even able to access my account anymore. 

I'm hoping someone can help me fix this problem. I would really appreciate it.

Hi @Dat1Guy. According to Pony Flutters's profile, that account's original name was Floyd. Have you tried logging in under that username?

Ive forgotten about that name since it’s been awhile, and I thought account names change with usernames. I really need to save information like this.
