Hi to all my fellow guitarist bronies! :squee: I've made guitar tabs for some of the songs from the show and want to share. :pinkiecutehat:

“My Little Pony Theme Song”, “A True, True Friend”, and “The Pony I Want to Be” from Friendship is Magic

and “Shine Like Rainbows” from Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks.

The songs are arranged for solo acoustic fingerstyle guitar and I've included gp7, gp5, pdf, and midi files for each of the songs in the zip. Happy playing! :darling:

*UPDATE: I tabbed Fluttershy's song, "So Much More to Me" from Equestria Girls: Better Together

*UPDATE: I finished another tab, Rarity's song "Becoming Popular (The Pony Everypony Should Know)", from Season 2, Episode 2: "Sweet and Elite"

I took a look and really nice stuff you've got there. :darling: I'm just starting with the guitar, but I'll be sure to toy with it one day. XDlaR1K.png Thank you for sharing! qfG7xvI.png

@Rikifive Thanks for the compliment! :D If the tabs are too difficult you can always edit them down to make them easier to play. That's the beauty of guitar pro format. Sometimes I like to just pick out the melody lines to chilllax. :BrightMacContent: Learning guitar is a wonderful and rewarding journey, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

I don't own guitar pro, at least yet. :P I'll see how it goes and perhaps purchase it if I'll feel the need to. :P

Beginnings are the worst, so I'll probably have a bad time, but I know, that the patience is the key. :darling: Thank you.

@Rikifive TuxGuitar is an opensource, free alternative to Guitar Pro. It can open the files, play them back, make and save edits and all that. The realistic sound engine is not as "realistic-sounding", and it doesn't like to ring out/ sustain notes during playback, which my fingerstyle tabs do A LOT, but it's free. https://sourceforge.net/projects/tuxguitar/ :mlp_wink:

Added another tab. My tribute to Rarity <3 "Becoming Popular (The Pony Everypony Should Know)" :mlp_rarity: (best Rarity song ftw)

Some of the chords were hard to hear and I waffled a bit over a couple sections... If anypony wants to offer corrections for anything very musically wrong in the tab, lemme know and I'll consider changing/updating it :mlp_pout: I don't know music theory, just tabs; it's all numbers to me :fabulous: haha.

Yet another tab done! This time it's "You're in My Head Like a Catchy Song" from Season 7 Episode 13, "The Perfect Pear". Everyone knows this song, and there are tons of covers for it. And for good reason. This song has such simple and lovely acoustic guitar parts in it.   But of course I made it more challenging by working the vocal melody into it for solo fingerstyle play. :proud: Like a boss! B) And like always, the zip contains the tab in gp5, gp7, pdf, and midi formats.

Special shoutouts to @Rikifive whose super cool 8-Bit version of the song motivated me to start and finish my own tab sooner rather than later, and to a little-known Youtuber named Jasobres, whose guitar cover I clicked on randomly and realized I was wrongly using Bm instead of Em...  :sealed: (hey, I thought it still sounded cool at the time, and also I'm working with not-perfect-quality audio tracks here :P)
