Oh yeah I collect Vinyl records. I don't play them though. Unless it's autographed I really don't buy cds anymore. As for listening to the full album/ep all the way through it depends. There are very few albums/EPs where I like every single song.

I always listen to an album in full when checking it out for the first time. After that I'll usually just listen to my favorite songs off of it unless it's a concept album or unless I just really wanna listen to all the songs on an album.

Depends on my time availability. If I have 10-20 min on a commute I may just play individual songs but if I'm at home I'm more likely to play albums.

I do prefer to own physical CDs or otherwise buy from Bandcamp - streaming services rip off musicians and the track quality on them is subpar compared to Bandcamp files anyway. Spotify's audio quality is awfullll

Albums, but I do so with Bandcamp or CD. CD's I highly recommend, they're top quality despite all the pseudoscience associated with "hi res", and if your internet goes down, you're not out of luck with your music library if you don't have them on local storage.

I guess with dance music it's a little different. Albums are albums but EPs are usually treated like mini albums most of the time. Exclusive content, acapellas, and alternate mixes will be wherever it wants to be, even released as a separate single.

Anyways I listen to both. I don't usually listen to compilation albums if they keep putting the same songs over and over on it (looking at you Hospital Records). Only compilations with new stuff I will listen to.

I usually only listen to albums in the full length when I'm checking them out for the first time. After that, I'm pretty loose, because it's very rare for me to like most or all songs in an album. Yes, I'm a bit picky. :P

At first I rejected the zero, but that was because I simply didn't understand it. Now I do.

Yeah, I listen to albums. I usually can't be bothered to make mixtapes, so I either listen to an album or a mixtape (as in, a used audio tape) that I bought.

When listening to audio files, I also usually listen to the entire album as I usually can't be bothered to make a playlist and do not want to choose the next song after every song.

Sometimes I'm in the mood to listen to a particular song, then I'll play that.

Because I am old school, I still listen to albums, though they're usually downloaded onto a hard drive on my computer or phone to minimize wear on my discs.

Either that or I look up single tracks on YouTube and I have a couple master playlists.

But I flatly refuse to use streaming services.

If you don't own an physical copy, you don't own it and you're paying the Stream services a competitive price for vastly reduced customer right, imao.

No one is gonna change my mind on that last point.

Still, I buy a lot of music on Bandcamp, though I download every single purchase and burn them to discs.

Being able to play them from the app is handy for my phone.

So I am not entirely stuck in the 20th century, just mainly stuck in it.
