Did you forget about Magic Duel? Or the fact that Trixie refers to herself as "the great and powerful Trixie"? Because the answer is very obviously Trixie.

I would say Trixie, they both have strong Egos but for different reasons. Both are talented at what they do, both show boat, both can be insecure. Although Rainbow Dash's is motivated by her Pride and Trixie's is more motivated by her insecurity. It is not without empathetic reason to why trixie feels this way, she is known to be jealous of Twilight but for reasons she misunderstands, She has a hard time coping with stress and has panic attacks. Rainbow dash uses her Ego to go for it, to achieve and Trixie has used hers to defend her self and build up a image of superiority. Although rightfully painted as a villain because of her mistakes, there is a pony there in Trixie who is fondly effected by friendship and who has a affectionate sensitive side when given the chance. So yeah, i would say Trixie is much more effected by her ego because of the nature of the problems it caused for her and so her ego is "Bigger".
