For my own case, it's definitely either Dota2 or LoL. Just when I thought it's a good day to start racking up some points, the matchmaking system went derp and paired me up with countless of randomnoob against the decent players.

I always rage quit in Minecraft .... Whenever I find Diamonds, a random block of lava lands on my head..... it ain't right. It's like the game is trolling me.

I don't normally rage quit but the last game I raged about was Red Dead Redemption. Raged for 15 minutes about the ending. It was the perfect cowboy ending. But I raged so hard because it was just crappy. I had 4 friends listening to me on Xbox Live and they were rolling.

Usually I ragequit in older games, I'm not quite sure why. Either way, it's something that stops me from finishing games a lot of times. Most recently I think was Punch-out! (NES, non-Mike Tyson one), around the second Piston Honda, I'm not quite sure where exactly.

I RQ on Final Fantasy 13 only because of that one boss. The Fal'cie. I hated him, he was a cheater, and everyone kept telling me strategies to use but they never worked. I guess i didn't have the patience. But yeah i haven't touched that game in a couple of months because of it. >_<;

I rage quit when fighting ultra-hard Tekken AI.

Or online FPS's.

Oddly though, I've gone online, and gotten a 4 win, 40 loss win ratio and not ragequit.

 

Ninja Gaiden 2 made me ragequit a few times. Although, that's kinda the point of the game.

Ever played Realm of the mad god? That game is pretty much all about the ragequits.

 

As for more standard games, I guess Yu-Gi-Oh!: Tag force. For a game that centers around tag team battles the partner AI is unbearably stupid. Even the DS Yu-Gi-Oh! games have better a better partner AI in my opinion.
