 Chatterbox: I came to be with you honeybun! You are the best part of the race! Are you going to wear some flowers and be my prize? *says in a playful tone and blushes*

"I'll give you flowers. And I'll gladly be your prize anytime." Samurai says.
"Dance with me?" Offering a hoof, he stands upright with Chatterbox and starts to ballroom dance down the race track. After a few loops together, Samurai guides Chatterbox into a twirl, followed by a dip. Getting back up, they freestyle slide and boogie. "You got the moves, Chat-chan. Now let's see if you can win this race." Samurai says with a flirtatious wink.

Silver looked up from the pile of leaves and saw the concerned faces of not one but two of his friends. He got up off the ground and smiled.

"Hmm... I dunno..." He said in reply to @Ice Princess Silky <3 before giving giving her a big, warm hug "Now I feel better."

He also gave a hug to @Samurai Equine. "Thank you, my friend. Now then, that's enough rolling in the leaves, time to get back to knocking them down and running the race!"

I keep rolling 12, what the heck. XD 

Silky would see a stampeded of ponies rush with deep focus towards the goal. She'd stop, the elphenite dangling around her neck giving a gentle glow. She'd gentle whisper something to it before smirking towards the group and rushing her way forward! 

(I'm just making a post before midnight. I should give a proper response to everyone next round <3 )

Azure takes a minute to begin the race, Starting off with a moderate trot to save stamina, running close to the border of the road to both avoid other racers and watch the leaves fall.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After getting more used to the pace, and noticing she was falling behind, She decided to focus on catching up. While burning up all your stamina wasn't fun, running so far behind everypony else would be a little boring.

Moonlight ponders whether he can do a front flip or not.

He's a quadruped, so it should be hard.

But also a bat pony, so he's naturally agile.

But if he tried and failed, it would be embarrassing.

But if he did it, it would be so sick.

He tries. And oh sweet Celestia, he does it! He does a perfect flip out of nowhere, lands on his hooves, and the excitement gives him a little speed boost!

Vibrant continues to trot as fast as he can. However, what he noticed is that @Ice Princess Silky <3 is picking up the pace, managing to continue at the same speed as he does. "Now the challenge begins" he whispered to himself, smiling, knowing that his darling still apparently has plenty tricks at the ready to become a challenging opponet.

*Tired of rushing to take the lead and missing so much due to her speed, Shiny decided to stop herself entirely, causing a braking noise. She then did something that nopony ever dared to do! She WALKED!!! Focusing only on knocking some leaves.*

Silverspark was still under Silky while Brightspark was being carried. Suddenly, she slipped from beneath the pink pegasus and came up with a plan. First, she used her small size to jump onto  @Ice Princess Silky <3  back, hugging the back of her neck as she looked around at the other ponies. After that, she leaped off of Silky and onto the back of a random pony nearby. Brightspark watched in concern and exclaimed, "Wait, Miss Silky! We should catch my twin before she gets herself hurt!"

With her steadily increasing pace, Azure had made up for her slow start, suddenly passing Silky! Only to struggle to go any faster, resulting in her remaining right next to the princess. She gave some space as her wings almost spread out, wondering if she would actually take flight. It sure would be easier, who'd have thunk running could be this draining...

*Noticing that Silky was about to spread her wings, Kramathia will run back and carry her so she is not disqualified, loud machine sounds could be heard as she stomp the ground but no leaf was fallen

Kramathia: *strange accent* Come with me if you want to live, I mean if you want to win! *Terminator theme played*

Kramathia: *her normal text to speech electronic voice* Disqualification avoided, mission parameters complete.
