Not sure if it's anywhere else besides Georgia, but it's a drive-in restaurant like Sonic (the drive-in of course), and they have AMAZING hot dogs. It's ironic how I fall just to get back up again... Jopa Dog is a foodstand in Vancouver, they have some of the best hot dogs in the world. As a euphemism, whoever thought of it is the sort of person I would invent the time-machine/teleport-my-fist-through-a-computer-monitor-device so I could maim them.
