I actually use a Wacom tablet on the computer myself, though it would differ from yours. I like the color's being implemented on the image, especially the butterflies.

 

As for Constructive Criticism -

 

The eye on the head may need to be slightly tilted clockwise and moved over a tad to the left of the image to better align it up.

 

The shoulders appear a bit stiff, especially on the right side of the image; try sloping it downwards and see how that goes.

 

Using something in the background image could help it's overall appeal, possibly a powdered blue to bring her out better.
