Why is Twili's lab so creepy? All she did was secretly take her best friend, strap her down and experiment on her in her basement using all kinds equipment and tools.

Lol, in all seriousness, I'd say Twilight's pretty benign. She can get obsessive over things but she's never come down to outright malice....

Except for that time she purposely made the Cutie Mark Crusaders fight eachother over a doll.
