I like the colored one really much, but the uncolored one looks a little more like Celestia with a different cutie mark.

I'd say you did a splendid job. If you would like a tiny bit of critique though, the legs are a little short and somewhat disproportionate. Making them longer would improve the anatomy of the drawing.

 

Everything else looks fine though! I enjoy the way you drew the mane. And you did excellently on the wings.
