I should go buy a Periphery album: 8.5/10

If you got the money and 75 minutes, yeah definitely. As I've said before, Periphery I is more technically skilled and has some fantastic songs with good lyrics, but Periphery II is easier to listen to with improved vocals and is very good consistently, unlike Periphery I where it shifts from phenomenal to decent between songs.
