Yeah. That's because studio recordings can be done over and over and over again until it's perfect. Unless you've played in a band, you wouldn't know this. Anyone who's played live will make TONS of mistakes over what a studio recording or even a practice session would be. And they'll know each and every mistake they'd made. Even the ones you can't notice. Don't knock live performances. They're infinitely harder than a recording or practice session. That said, I do agree that live performances are always worse than a studio recording. Of course, nothing beats the energy of actually being at a concert.
