Ohh interesting. I've never thought of doing so before. But that doesn't make you weird. You are just trying to imply the show to real life situations. Now that I think of it, I don't think I have friends who would fit in all the mane six categories. I for certain would be Twilight (because we share similar personality and I have done the pony personality test.)

Me and my friend do that. I'm more of a Pinkie, while my friend is like a Rainbow Dash. I think I would be a merge of Twilight, Pinkie, and Sweetie Belle.

It's not weird at all. Me and my friend were talking about what pony we resemble the most. I think my friend is alot like Fluttershy. He is nice, and can be a bit shy. I'm not sure who I'm like yet...

It's not weird at all. I do it all the time with my four nieces. I have 4, a Rarity, a Rainbow Dash, and two Pinkie Pies.

I have this one friend who didn't know I watched the show and brought it up to her, telling her that's she's pretty much the human version of Twilight. Seriously, she's a huge teacher's pet, has OCD, is super smart, enjoys reading, is often sarcastic and is somewhat socially awkward. She even has a similar haircut. My other friend (who's more of a combo of girly Rarity and hyper Pinkie) who's "little sister watches the show" (and I had no idea she did until now) completely agreed with me and we brohoofed.

 

We agreed that I'm a merge of Fluttershy, Pinkie (around people I'm comfortable with), Rainbow and Twilight. That's pretty much it.

None of my friends watch the show... but i have nailed it down to which one they would be, i even have background ponies like derpy figured out and a few fillies.

Diamond tiara is a really easy one to stick on someone, whoever is snobby.

Ummm... surprisingly, I've never done that, although I may have a couple of times noticed when some of my family members do something similar to one of the characters, but aside from that, no, I cannot say I've compared people to any of the Mane 6. -_-

I don't really have this luxury, as I don't have that many close friends </3 I prefer to have two or three best friends, then have ten or more casual friends. But I suppose I've got one that represents loyalty.
