If your watching it and your not the intended demographic, your a brony. That's what brony means. So I would more than likely yes.

Watching as in "accidentally watched an episode and then forget about it" or watching as in "watch the entire two seasons"

I believe there is quite a lot of random people inadvertently watched an episode or two then move on with their life, and let's not forget the demographic target. You can't be (by definition) a brony if you're under 8 years old. I say we have more of those random people than bronies.

I disagree. I believe a brony must be outside of the target demographic (but not watch it along with your daughter), and either participate in the fandom or use the show as a social-change vehicle, as is stated in Ballad of the Brony.

^pretty much that. xD

When I was recently getting into MLP, I was surprised at first that the majority of the viewers watching MLP would be at or around my age. I pretty much count as someone outside the demographic, therefore I iz a brony. I'm pretty sure there are a ton of us now. xD

When it comes to the internet I'm use to the concept of a vocal minority. Take video games for instance, anyone who's spent much in gaming culture knows about the unholy #%@* of hate games like Halo and Call of Duty recieve. But when I new game in either series is released? Record breaking sales. It wouldn't suprise me if the same were true of mlp.

It is hard to say, there could be more bronies watching than the target audience but it could also just seem that way because little girls watching my Little Pony is seen as normal so there really is no story there but teenagers and adults especially males is seen as unusual and is therefore an interesting story.

I'm not sure, probably.

but what does that mean? and does it even matter?

honestly its not rely something i give much about, apart from the fact that Bronies are likely to get it into there head that the're the target audience now.... you're not...

When The Hub released the ratings for the season 2 finale, the target demographic outweighed us, and it grew much more than us. That doesn't account for those of us who don't get The Hub, but I doubt that we'd manage to outnumber the girls. Remember folks, there's a reason that little girls remain the target audience.

Random people. Bronies are a minorty belive it or not. Those little girls are still a big pull for the show, ratings and toy wise. I've been a Brony since Summer 2011, and have been working at Toys R Us far longer than that. I've met countless moms and their daughters coming in and asking about the toys. Only a couple of bronies. I've seen the amount of merchandise we get in relation to pony, same for Walmart. No way in Tartarus are bronies the one moving the sales of all that merch. My step mom's grandaughter recognized the pony on my shirt as Princess Luna the other day, a little girl who just watches the show casually. Random people out number the bronies.

Well bronies are more vocal about the whole thing, but imagine there's gotta be a decent amount of people who just watch and aren't all hardcore about it, but there's gotta be a lot of both so I don't really know.
