Pokemon Pearl and Super Mario Bros. But that was when I was around 10. They were my first DS games. Ah, I remember how happy I was when I got that DS Lite for Christmas 5 years ago....<3

I remember 5 games of my childhood. Well, 200 or so, but those other 196 were in one cartridge, and I barely played them

The first of the 5 is a Harry Potter game for my PS1. Oh how the flying level infuriated me. But then I magically. went through it but for some reason, I didn't play on. Now, I've lost the CD and I just crave to finish that game.

YES :DD The Harry Potter game ! Oh, how much I loved it xD And the flying was terrible, you're right. I loved the sequel (Chamber of secrets) bit more though, the controls were more tameable, and all the secrets hidden around :3 Even my father used to play it with me xD Ah, golden times.

I have Rock Raiders! :D I got it for the PC, though. Also, LEGO Racers was an amazing game. I can't find it, though. :(

There are quite a few games I played, really (I'm sorta still in my childhood at 13 xD). Like Age of Empires, and oh man. Games from the LEGO website. The games with Johnny Thunder and all that, you know? Those were epic. I bet I could still play them! :D

My Chao data was corrupted, along with all my other gamecube data. I lost a chao that I had spent years developing into something powerful. It's all gone now.

I grew up with crappy NES clones from China and Russia, which only had simple games like Galaxian, SMB, Excite Bike, Mach Rider, etc. Then I got a PS1 and I played the hay out of games like Crash Bandicoot 1-3, Team Racing, Bash or Gex:Enter the Gecko, Croc: Legend of the Gobbos, I played mostly platformers and racing games. Same with the PS2. I loved the atmosphere of Need for Speed Most Wanted. Actually, I might start making reviews of these in the future...just let that stupid graphics card that was sent to me get here already.

Spyro the dragon FTW! It's the first i've ever played on my ps1. I remember roaming around levels for hours and without a point, but i was really entertained, i also played Tenchu, the second game i've ever played. Such memories bring nostalgia.

Sonic Adventure 2 Battle was probably the second game that had a massive impact on my childhood. I recall that me and my friend used to play multiplayer treasure hunting levels and do nothing but wander around aimlessly. Its also my most replayed game of all time too, and contains my personal most nostalgic video game song.

I wish I took better care of my disk however, as I really want to play it again and visit my Chaos, but alas, the disk is horribly scratched and damaged due to 10 year old-me not bothering to put the disk in a case. I still own the disk and have tried it a dozen times, but every time the screen that tells me that I can't play the game pops up I die a bit on the inside.  :(

You, my good pony, have officially made yourself 20% cooler.

I should have mentioned this, I spent countless hours in the Chao garden!

And the ending made me cry!  :(

Good thing I still have a working Dreamcast. Now if only it didn't cost 50 fricking dollars!

Cool. Although I recently found out the PC version is completely different than the PS1 version. Is the PC one the only one you've played? :)

Yep, only version. What's so much different? I don't think I ever finished that game... If there was an end to it... xD

One thing I really liked about it was the cutscenes. :3

The PC version was an RTS, like Starcraft as to the PS1 version which was a top-down platformer.  :)

PS1 also had beast music.

I LOVED Croc and Tarzan for PS1. :D Sooo good. Oh! And Spyro! :D

I recently bought a PS1 but haven't got round to try out all my games yet. That's something I shall be doing tomorrow I think. ;)

Dude..... CROC IS BEAST!  :D

*Gasps* I think I still have the original disc somewhere!

Let's just hope this doesn't show up again:  <_<

Hell yeah it is :)

Anyway, my earliest gaming memories are of playing this gem:

I've been playing FPSs since I was 5, and it's always fun to come back to Chex Quest. I can beat the whole first game in ~20-30 minutes now :)

Oh-Boy-here-we-go-again.jpg

I love teh threads like this. ;)

There are two that I can remember fondly from my childhood. See, I had a GameCube and I spent entire nights when I should have been sleeping just staring at my screen playing GameCube.

Perhaps my most vivid and best memory was Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkenss. ;)

I played that game for so long... this game may be why I have seeing problems now. :P

The other was most certainly The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker.

Played this game much longer than recommended my doctors. XP

I still remember the last game I played on the original Playstation, Digimon World 3. It might of been antiquated at that point, but damn it's the simplicity that made that game. There's also the fact that it played a lot like any other Pokemon game.

I am surprised at the lack of Crash Bandicoot in this thread.

Seriously, those games were friggin' fun, especially the third one.Freakin' loved the dinosaur and motorcycle levels in that game.

That just reminded me of a Crash game I have.

But alas, the tides of time have prevented me from enjoying it...  :(

I LOVE that game, and i've never even completed the game!  Dang Master Sword thingies....

Hands down, it's my second favorite Zelda game, right behind THIS mofo:  :D

Is it possible to overload on nostalgia?
