Will Diamond Tiara stop disrespecting AppleBloom if she got her cutie mark

I hope there ia an episode in the future that explains why Diamond Tiara is mean to AppleBloom . I am just guessing it's because she's a blank flank and she finds it amusing to make fun of her. But I think there might be more to it than that. using your imagination what do you think the problem is?

 Uhhhh... she's a rich, spoiled brat (emphasis on the spoiled)?  I just always figured DT's just really bucking full of herself because her dad's one of the richest, if not the richest, pony in Ponyville, and I don't really think the acquisition by Applebloom, or any of the CMC for that matter, of their cutie marks will really change the way she treats them.  It'll just be one less thing she has to make fun of them for.  So, to answer your question, no, I don't think she'll change, but ya never know, maybe she'll mature as she gets older, to the point that she can at least be civil to most ponies; she might end up like Draco Malfoy did in the epilogue of the seventh Harry Potter, not friends with the CMC, but at least civil to them.

This, plus another factor that I just thought of.

 

Being that her  father is  a particularly wealthy pony, we can assume that he spends most of his time managing his business and finances. Also there is currently no mention of a Mother or mother figure. Perhaps she is jealous of Apple Bloom's family? How she has these ponies that are very close with her, and maybe DT really does not spend time with her own family because they are busy. other then Silver Spoon, she is probably alone. It's only a hunch, but it is certainly in the realm of possibility.

First off, I'd like to say that it is VERY unlikely the CMC will even get their Cutie Marks in an episode. After all, 90% of all their episodes revolve around them trying to get their marks, and outside of their aspirations to get their cutie marks, none of the CMC are very developed as characters.

 

What happens when they get their cutie marks? Do we stop having CMC episodes? Do we focus on a new batch of blank flanks and toss Applebloom, Scootaloo, and Sweetie Belle aside?

 

So, getting back on topic, I don't think Diamond Tiara will stop bullying Applebloom, even if she did get her cutie mark. DT is a one-dimensional bully character ment to be nothing more than an obstacle for the CMC. If they got their marks, she'd just make fun of something else.

I will say the best thing about the Gabby Gums episode was CMC having to work with her. The fact they were able to tolerate each other for a little and interact a bit more was one of the best plotlines in season 2. I mean who saw that coming?

She's the type of "Rich kid", that just needs somepony to make fun of. Of course, people should understand, that not every rich kid, is a spoiled brat.

 

Personally, i believe she'll get enough brains as she grows, but they'll definately never be friends.

I believe that it's possible that Diamond Tiara will not only stop bullying Aplebloom, but that they'll even find enough common ground to become friends.

 

With any luck this show will last a long time, maybe even long enough to see a shift of characters in the main six where ponies like Aplebloom and Diamond Tiara would fit just nicely i think

Yeah, it's pretty obvious that if it's not the cutie mark it will be something. You'll note that when they were Gabby Gums she was rather civil to them, because she needed them for something. However, when she had the opportunity to make fun of Applebloom for her grandmother she was happy to take the opportunity.

 

I'm certain that, in the future, she'd learn to tone down her cattiness. I don't think they're going to age the ponies enough to do that, though.
