Twilight is my favorite.  Like most bronies who like her best, I see her as us having a real good day (Well, allowing for differences in age, gender & race)   Sort of Harry Potter without You-Know-Who crossed w Hermione

 

What is mysterious is why Fluttershy (2nd best, IMO) is so popular.  I guess, like Avis, #2 & trying harder.

 

But, what is most mysterious of all is why ANYONE would live in Ponyville.  I mean, every week one of the Mane 6 unleashes a new disaster calculated to outrage all Equestria.  In the words of an old Dylan song "Anyone with any sense had long since left town"  Property values have got to be down to zero
