With the exception of today, I'm not active as much as most of the regulars here either, but that doesn't make my appreciation for Best Pony any less important to me. I most certainly think I belong here. You should to. Think about it this way, Rarity doesn't come across as needy and high maintenance ... so she wouldn't think you a lesser fan because you pop in when you can. Whew ... lucky for you I have a pocket full of pennies (get it? Two cents? No? :okiedokielokie: ) I have technically only been a fan since this year ... I jumped into this forum on 4/10/14 and I didn't even have Rarity as my favorite for a few months after that. She steadily rose each episode I watched and eventually ... she not only eclipsed everyone but is so far ahead she could take a week long nap. I bring that up because statistics don't say everything. If ghostie and Obsidian didn't have the stats they have I would still rank them as the biggest Rarity fans out there. Period. You can be here a short time or ( like Obsidian's sig says) since the beginning ... none of that matters. What matters is what you feel about Rarity. Now, Sigs and Avatars. Again you shouldn't feel obligated to change that. Finally, the girly thing. Ok, we all talk about 'Fabulosity' and that stuff ... but Rarity in truth flies against the 'girlie' stereotype so much she kills and buries it. She personifies feminine qualities, but more important than that, she embodies strength, willpower, dedication, family, perseverance, and fearlessness of laying her feelings out there. That said, if you are uncomfortable, no judgement from me at all. You can support and appreciate any character within the boundaries you set. None of us are going to think you less of a Brony or a fan. Sorry for that stream of consciousness style post. Been a long day ... but rest assured that you are among fans and this is not a contest.
