Depends on if you want a Rarity that is at the verge of panic and tries to calm herself, or a Rarity that says to us that we shall not panic.

Oh no! She grabbed the flowers! What horrible crime! Im certain she also kicks puppies!

 

 

Some even used that scene as proof that Rares is so greedy and selfish... What is wrong with me that i don't see the big deal here? It rather shows how much she aches to find her true love...

I feel bad for her... I feel bad because such an amazing mare cannot find someone that treats her as she deserves.

Well, to be fair, her fans are probably the most dedicated

 

Furthermore, some people have these stupid and ridiculous expectations of her generosity - god forbid she wants to enjoy herself every once in a while, she should give EVERYTHING she has to others because she's the "Element of Generosity." I remember one dude said she should even give the dresses she makes away for free just because of her element, and that she was greedy by not giving away her ensembles for free (which, by the way, she has done before to at least 5 ponies in the series.)

 

I was like "HOW IS SHE SUPPOSED TO MAKE A LIVING BRAH" Seriously, livin' ain't free.

 

I just can't quite wrap my head around why people expect SO MUCH generosity out of her. She has more occurrences of generosity than Rainbow Dash does Loyalty, for sure, and generosity is a much harder element to live up to than loyalty, especially for a business mare such as Rarity. She's not doing anything wrong in the slightest, people just need to realize that she has to make a living and be happy herself, too, and she will more often than not put others before her in terms of happiness and what not - she's just not a pushover, like Fluttershy

Anywho I've been building a rare based playlist on myspace but I've run out of ideas. So far it's stuff that describes rare (i,e, uptown girl) and for those of us with an obsession, tulpa, or just plain claim her as our waifu there's love songs. I've got a few personal faves in there like brad paisley's "she's everything", Rob Thomas's "Her Diamonds", Aerosmith's "Cryin", and Coyote Ugly's "Can't Fight The Moonlight". Thinking maybe we can blow it up and make it a club thing using youtube or some other playlist site. Whaddya think?

Sone people just seem to have problems understanding that the mane6 are not supposed to fulfill their element all the time. That they are supposed to struggle sometimes.

 

I just have the hunch that people are way more forgiving when it comes to the other mane6. Like for example Fluttershy, how horrible she was to Pinkie and Rares in Putting your Hoof Down. That was somehow never a big deal. It was all the fault of Iron Will...

 

Or when Rainbow gets all douchy... somehow never her fault too...

 

But Rares grabs some stupid flowers and the internet explodes.

Yeahh, our dedication has people saying she's likely to win the whole World Cup I'd be lying if I were to say we were the largest fanbase on MLPF, but we do make a case for most powerful
