The Mane Six are all going to get their own episodes. Probably more than one. That's how it's always been in 26 episode seasons, and I see little reason to believe this one will be any different in that regard.

There will be a Rarity episode. No doubt. Even people who didn't care much for her missed her when she didn't get an episode in season 3. Unlike season 3, season 5 will have 26 episodes. Season 2, I think, was Rarity's bad season. I think she is developed enough that the writers know her character. If they don't, they clearly didn't watch the show enough. If any writer writes Rarity putting fashion above her friends, I think that writer will lose credibility. Rarity may try to balance her passion with her friends, but if she can't, she will put her friends first. (That's just an example)
