Celestia smiles as she looked around for sally and sighs "well everypony. i know you dont like the treaty between the changelings. but trust me.. they changed.. chrysalis isnt a ruler anymore. she died.. i am sorry we didnt ask you for your opinion. we thought that it would make things better.. and.. i know you all dont like me as a ruler."

Lydia pulls out a small camera from her pocket, taps a few buttons on it, and smiles when it says 'Link OK'. She turns towards Amy for a moment, "I can do better than that, I managed to link a camera into your sensor net, so you can see the speech yourself! Just don't forget to disconnect it once you're done, I don't want you spying on me at inopportune moments."

A few of the royal guards look at each other, wondering if they will be able to keep everyone safe with as many people going to the wedding as the princess has just asked. They decide that with the level of power some of the guests have it's probably not going to be a problem.

 

Lydia decides that discretion is better than rashness, and decides to simply keep an eye on the package.

The suspicious pony continues to make its way toward Celestia, grinning in anticipation.

The suspicious pony stops in front of hank and shyly says "Sir? I-I know you just want to protect your wife, but would you mind moving out of the way? I have a surprise for her, and I'd like to give it to her in person." He gestures to the box.

Lydia decides that things might get ugly, and starts to feel the distance at which her shield would have to appear.

Sam nods and starts to tear up, "I'm sorry that I don't like your home planet... It's just different to me. I mean every person there didn't even seem to care that there were others around them."

“Ok we can head back, I understand too and remember some humans are good too.” Charles saying as he open the portal back to Equestria while taking Sam back home as he was next to her and smiles too. Then plan head to Celestia speech or end of it while looking around and thinking somemore too.

The pony sounds scared, but mostly distraught. "No! Please, it's-it's not dangerous to her, I just wanted it to be a surprise." She takes off her hood. "Back during the Civil War I fought for Luna, and when you banished her I felt angry at you... But then you showed up in Flankfurt after PACE hurt all those ponies, and you were so nice to us... I felt really bad after all the years of saying bad things about you, so when I heard you were getting married I decided to take the time between when I found out and now to make an 'I'm sorry' gift for you... PACE took all the money I had, so I tried to make you a wedding dress... That's what's in the box, but I guess it doesn't matter since I was trying not to be recognized and hurt." She attempts to move away from the guards, wishing nothing more than to disappear.

 

Lydia calms down, but stays alert just in case something happens.

To be totally honest, just being able to make something for a princess was more than enough for me...." She tries to shy away from the crowd.
