I don't really care for them. Trolls are more of in a category of ''Ignore them and just dump them off a bridge'', not to offend anyone but trolls are just a waste of space. Not to offend any trolls that like to have fun but, there are some trolls that take it too far to try to ruin your day because they have nothing better to do. They would go to any means to harass you over a game system or any type of device. I never really encountered a troll, and I hope to never encounter one. But, I give the funny trolls props on comedy. While the bad side of trolls, just need to drop dead and burn.

If I come across a troll I tend to reply with some obscure fact about science or history, it leaves them baffled and speechless with no comeback whatsoever.

I've ran into trolls before, but now i'm too lazy to keep arguing with them, and now i take most of them in good fun, most trolls are only persons who are treated bad by friends or parents, they just need some help, but other ones are just people without something to do, in this case, i just talk with them trying to help them, like a psychologist, and then they go away because they think i'm weird.

I tend to ignore trolls and not let them affect me in anyway. We are on the Internet, and I do not allow the Internet to have any significant emotional impact on myself or my attitude. I see trolls as bored individuals with nothing better to do with their time; their sole purpose is to instigate problems, for no other reason than having a lack of other things to do with themselves. I don't see much that really can be done, because trolls tend to shy away from reasoning or those who attempt to talk one-on-one with them.

When ever I find someone tryin to troll on Xbox live, I start playing the trololo song on my mic.  One time I did that and the whole lobby started sendin voice messages to e sayin trololo.

I've encountered trolls on other forums before, and I know how annoying they can be. I especially hate the "sterotypical internet tough guy."

I equate the term "troll" as someone who insults others simply to get a few laughs from it. It is immature really, which is why I dislike trolls such as MinnesotaBurns and his so called TrollArch company. It can be funny, but there comes a point where one actually starts to get annoyed at the behavior, on both sides.

Either way, even though an instigator over the net may have a bad life or has been having a bad time, it still does not give them the right to insult others. There are other ways to let out steam in more beneficial ways instead of just being demeaning.
