This song.

That song always puts a smile on my face every time I listen to it. c:

My dad would always play his Pat Benatar CD in the car whenever we went anywhere when I was a kid. So I find her music extremely nostalgic, and calming.

This one comes to mind, even though it's a rather sad song

It's just so magical. It takes me back to my childhood, when things were simple and the world wasn't quite as scary. I often find myself humming the tune with a smile while I'm working  :D

"The Earth speaks to all of us, and if we listen, we can understand." -Uncle Pom

"Sometimes she wonders if she can do it like nuns do it but she never heard of Catholic religion or sinner's redemption" -K Dot

  • 3 weeks later...

Firstly, any MLP song, whether it be a song or background music never fails to cheer me up a tremendous amount.

Some other songs that cheer me up in some form would be the following, in no particular order.

  • Brohoof 1

How about "I Don't Feel Like Dancin'" by Scissor Sisters:

And, the utterly dissimilar fugue from J.S. Bach's Prelude and Fugue in A minor (BWV 543):

^ Dunno the performer of this.  I tried to find just the fugue as played by Biggs and couldn't; his is probably my fave performance of the piece (which is actually my favorite piece of music - period).

Whenever I'm feeling down, I always listen to this My Little Pony (classic) song.

It always puts me in a wonderful mood while reminding me that there is always hope - no matter what.

The first one is about redemption and being thankful for what you have, Scrooge made a lot of mistakes but it wasn't too late for him to make it right.

And there is something about his that reminds me of when times were ab it simpler.

Here are songs that cheer me up!

  • First one is "Smile" by Pinkie Pie

Super catchy and uplifting!

  • Second is "Smile" Remix by Foozogz

Very fast and upbeat!

  • Third is Dragostea Din Tei by O-Zone (2003) (Numa Numa Song)

Good catchy song even though it is Romanian.

  • Fourth is Lose Yourself by Eminem [EXPLICIT]

Powerful lyrics in this song.

Don't listen to Metro Station anymore, but the beat of this song always made me happy.

I normally just listen to country, occasionally pop if I'm in the mood. This song usually mellows me out.
