Is there a Nudist-equivalent in Equestria?

I hope we all know the nudists, the people who think that clothes aren't needed for daily life.

So, is there some kind of pony group that says that clothes are mandatory for daily life? You know, since 99% of them don't wear clothes anyway...

 

That would be kind of interesting, and it is still a family-friendly topic, since pony "parts" aren't in the show anyway.

Probably not, although in Canterlot many of them do wear clothes. So I guess they only wear clothes for special occasions. If there was, it would be funny, seeing them going through Ponyville. I have no idea how that would work out thinking clothes are a mandatory for daily life since most of Equestria doesn't seem to think so.

In Canterlot, the fancy upper class ponies wear clothes or they wear clothes on special occasions. I don't really see a nude equivalent, since there are some ponies out there that wear clothes. Well, Rarity wears dresses and she wore a lot of clothes in Canterlot other than that I don't see a lot of nudity in Equestria.

I would think not considering that walking around naked for ponies is as natural as wearing clothes for humans. Only reason they wear clothes anyway is for style, like how I might put on a nice hat or a random accessory like a watch or a wristband. Closest thing that comes to mind would be ponies who constantly shaved their coats clean off, essentially going around "in the buff" so to speak.

Yes there is. There are societies where the ponies wash off the airbrushed colors on their genitalia.

Lauren said ponies breed like normal mammals so I can only assume they have some technology to stay decent and nudist colonies stopped using it.

It may just be inverted, like there's some subset of pony society that thinks nudity ISN'T fine and would be just as aghast if a pony from Ponyville walked into their little community as most real-world cities would if a nudist appeared.

Clothes are probably just for show/looking good (Rarity), for special occasions (obvious), or a status symbol (Canterlotians).

HAIRLESS PONIES. Hairless or shaved is about as close as you can get to "nude" in the pony universe.
