Hm... TBH, I haven't watched a lot of my decidedly top favorite anime in a long time, so I don't know where I stand on them anymore...  So these are mostly ones I've watched in recent years:

Not a definitive list in the least bit. JJBA is a strange choice for me, too, because it's just a bit too violent for me, but I like everything else, especially the settings!

Those are my top five at the moment, the only one consistently being there is Sailor Moon for various reasons. I could have switched out a few of those and I'm still watching some classic anime right now so those may change at some point.
