This is the most heart-wrenching moment in the entire 007 series. Mostly because Tracy is the only woman Bond ever got married to in the whole series and their marraige only lasted a few minutes. It really is a heart-breaking moment

Gears of War:

 

 

I played as Dom through the entirety of the Gears Of War series due to playing it co-op at a friends and it wasn't just game after game it was the years of waiting for each game to come out straight from the release of the first. When he got into the truck I thought that my favourite character in the series had turned into a coward and it angered me slightly, but that wasn't it... Those words "I'm pulling the plug on 'em Marcus!" were enough to make my heart sink. Then 'Mad World' played and the tears were flowing, Dom's death was executed perfectly, at the right time and in the right place and I wouldn't of had it any other way, he had an honourable send off.

In film .. out of the many deaths that were gory, shocking, or emotional ... two rise to the top and they are directed by the same guy. When I saw these, I felt a gut reaction that may these hard to watch even now.

 

The first happened off screen and I felt at once like I could hear the cries of millions in my soul.

My favorite death scene comes from a manga/anime called Death Note.

 

 

Light's death scene has to be one of my favorite death scenes of all time. I love how he goes crazy when found out, and then tries to run away. It's pretty sad actually. When he's dying on the staircase, and he sees L. It gets me every time.
