Although I don't mind gore at all, I have to say even that can get a little overbearing for everybody. tumblr porn used to be a huge problem for me and I have zero tolerance for that kind of nsfw. I just found out about the filter. It really was common and graphic and would show up in almost any specific simplified tag like 'princess luna'. Overall, I don;t go around every pony site in the world, so if you want safe, then stick to what you already have at top. They're popular enough and safe enough if you got your tags.

There was also a video of the 2013 "August's top 10 videos of the month" Which featured an extend clip from Smile HD.

 

Well they always post the Top 10 videos of the month... but uuuuuuuuugggggggghhhhh I hate that Smile HD video. Gives me the creeps. :/

not 100% MLP, it's mainly a furry site,but there is quite a bit of MLP art on it. it's the sister site of e621.net,which is a NSFW site.. The e926 variant screens everything and only shows images tagged as "Safe" the tagging system is pretty good on the site. if you want just Fluttershy you'd search Fluttershy_(MLP) or if you wnat everythingFiM you'd search "friendship_is_magic" underscores are required. they connect the tag. and you can search multiple tags at once like "fluttershy_(MLP) Rainbow_Dash_(MLP)"

 

It's easy once you know how to use the tag system....e926 is actually the site I found my sig and most of my avatars on.

A list of general tags to go along with this site to make it wholesome would be very handy. They're version of 'safe' isn't based on the what the meaning of the image is, but rather by what it technically visible. It's not really suited to people who are sensitive to mlp R34.

As for entirely clean sites out there, I couldn't tell you. But I will say that keeping a list like this is a good idea, after all, not everybody enjoys the darker side of the fandom.

EqD does not only often break it's own rules and post NSFW content, but it is hardly one of the best pony sites out there. It is run rather unprofessionally and their writing is plainly extremely biased.

They've never posted 'porn' per-say, but they have posted some questionable material. Mature jokes, but were technically clean. That being said I didn't appreciate it. They have a habit of posting things they shouldn't at times, but I think they /try/ and filter out the suggestive content, and are good at it.

Derpibooru has added a search feature to their filter list! So now you can easily find and use the filter I made with 250+ tags to keep NSFW content off and out. I've put links at the bottom of the Derpibooru section of the list.
