I have many favorite '80s songs. But I have to say: Don't You Forget About Me by Simple Minds. Used in the film The Breakfast Club and once in the series Futurama.

I remember as a kid, one of my foster mom's had an 80's CD that I got used to and ended up really enjoying it. The one song I HAD to listen to every trip we took was Centerfold by J Geils Band.  Today, I know now what that song is about, and man, my song tastes were just......wrong....still love that song though.
